Dr Rosie Krypel has been my Dermatologist for several years. She is always prepared for each visit, familiarizing herself with background tests to equip herself with a thorough understanding of my case. She is not only thorough, but efficient. I can’t remember a time she was late by even five minutes to an appt. She is thorough, and also extremely efficient. Her exams are careful and her explanations clear. Dr Krypel is also compassionate. She patiently listens, and never hurries me, answering my questions, showing real concern for my situation. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Krypel is awesome. She is both personable and professional. She communicates very clearly through every aspect of her evaluation and she explains her findings and actions. The facility itself is clean, comfortable and well maintained. All support staff from front counter to the assistant are awesome.

I was a bit disappointed. Although I think Dr Krypel is nice and knowledgeable, she and the MA were very impersonal. I also felt like they were on a timer almost like trying to hurry up.

At 7:30a.m. Sutter Dermatology was bustling. I asked if I was Dr. Krypel’s first patient and was told there had been two others before me.Dr. Krypel remembered my previous issues and was friendly and efficient, suggesting various alternative procedures.An unexpectedly pleasant start to the day.
