Joseph the receptionist is really rude and sassy. He was so rude that I didn’t even want to make an appointment. Won’t be getting my care from an office that obviously doesn’t care about their patients.

Called for a total body check, appointment scheduled. Arrive early, they take me to the exam room and tell me they don’t do total body checks unless you have a history of skin cancer. They never said anything about that when I scheduled my appointment. I don’t want a history of skin cancer that’s why I came in for a total body check to make sure I don’t have any. Extremely disappointed.

Very great service overall, Front desk was great, greet you at the door and make sure you are all taken care of. The doctors were great as well, My physician Dr.Ottwell made sure to not rush anything and really gave me the time to discuss my options and figure out which treatment plan is the best for me. I love every second of my visit and definitely be my go to office

The whole experience was great - first time there. Office staff was lovely, check in nurse lovely, wait room clean, I had Dr. Ottwell and loved how thorough with deep explanation he went about my skin issues - he gets the gears of skin and I appreciate being explained it in my situation adapted to my understanding, a non medical expert audience. My only complaint is they don't default your follow up with the same Dr. you have to ask specifically. I'll be calling to check for openings every week as I believe in keeping the same Dr for treatments - so that's a bit of a pain since this is an academic teaching clinic thing situation, but 5 stars for every single person I interacted with and the quality of service.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. Not knowing what to expect, Dr. Regalbuto was very thorough in answering my questions. She was friendly and very competent. She clearly has fulfilled her calling. I was a tad nervous, yet felt comfortable with her working on me. She would ask how I was doing and seemed genuinely concerned with my satisfaction. What I like most about Dr. Regalbuto was she listened intently and performed her magic. Her work was perfect and actually exceeded my expectations.. I would highly recommend this provider! You are in great hands.

My appointment with Dr. Stammen was well addressed, and he is very pleasant. He explains about types of skin cancer and passes me pamphlets about the information. No long waiting. Highly recommended.

I saw Dr. Kolodziejczyk and she was wonderful! Very welcoming, kind, and patient. She asked gentle questions to get an idea of what I was looking for and then thoroughly outlined her plans to achieve those goals (and the reasoning behind her decisions). She checked in on pain levels throughout the appointment, explained every step of the process so I understood exactly what was going on, and assured me that I would be taken care of if I had questions or concerns after the appointment. Could not ask for a better experience. Thank you, Dr. K!
