The office staff couldn’t be nicer, the waiting area is clean, spacious and comfortable. I waited maybe 2 minutes before being called back to the exam room. Trish, who was the nurse who took me back was very pleasant, kind and above all else professional and thorough. Doctor Potter saw me within minutes. She was also very kind, professional and extremely attentive and knowledgeable. Danielle, who checked me in and out at the front desk was as wonderful as she could be! Just a great all around experience, in and out in no time!

Compassionate and friendly nurse and nurse practitioner. Felt very comfortable and they worked well together. Very knowledgeable and made good recommendations on lotions and soaps to help relieve my skin condition.

I’m very thankful for the Dr Jenifer Lloyd, dermatology facility because of the excellent care I’ve received there. The level of attention and care is above and beyond the normal kind of care usually received at a doctor’s facility. I’ve had several skin cancers taken care of here and always excellent care. All of the employees there are kind and friendly in all of their explanations of any procedure or check up. Dr Lloyd noticed a spot on the end of my nose a while back and told me she was going to keep a close eye on that because of what it might developed into. Well the last visit the last wk of Sept. she said I don’t like that so I’m going to send you to Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh for the "Mohls" procedure. They will cut a layer, and the Pathologist will do a procedure in his Lab to determine if it needs to be cut another layer because it would still be showing cancer tissue that needed to be removed. After my cut I was sent back to the waiting room for results, "keep in mind I was scheduled to stay from 8:00 am to 9:00pm". In the time I sat waiting, I saw many folks that had been, in and back, several times to be cleared of ALL the cancer tissue. Finally the nurse came for me and said, let’s go Willys the Dr. got it all on the first cut, I was so surprised and happy I grasped her shoulders and said, Praise The Lord, let’s go and get this done. I did need a small circle of skin cut from my right ear, inside, to graft the spot on my nose. I’m thankful to Jesus for Dr. Jenifer Lloyd, because she saw this early on, and did not wait for it to turn into a disaster. I thought of the folks I met in Pittsburgh wondering if they would have had Dr. Jenifer Lloyd looking out for them maybe their surgeries would have been one layer and done. My first visit to Lloyd Dermatology exceeded my expectations. The facility is very pleasant—clean, comfortable, and attractive. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait past my appointment time to be seen. Amanda was so caring, friendly, and helpful as she assisted me in getting ready for my appointment with Jenny Potter. Made me feel very comfortable as we discussed my situation. She is a great listener and patiently answered my questions. Jenny made me feel important and heard. She did a very thorough examination and used a much gentler technique in treating some suspicious areas than I’ve experienced elsewhere. Jenny proposed a care plan that we agreed on, and I left feeling relieved and confident that I’ll be receiving great care going forward.

I was in to see Dr. Lloyd about a week ago. I had a very short wait before I was invited into the waiting room which was very pleasant. The staff that registered me was very polite and I was given a clean looking and clean smelling gown which is so important. I only had a few moments to wait until seeing the doctor. I would highly recommend this establishment to others for personalized care and a highly professional staff.

The prp microneedling went so well. Staff was more than nice and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I can't wait to see results!

I love Dr. Lloyd! She’s probably the most personable and caring doctors I’ve ever seen. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, problem solve symptoms, talk about options for treatments or ways to prevent future issues, and is open to a dialogue about your care. I never feel rushed or dismissed in her office. The staff are all great and I truly enjoy my visits. I would absolutely suggest going to see Dr. Lloyd, especially if you are nervous about seeing a dermatologist!
