I tried to make an appointment online and it wasn’t working so I called and the woman that answered was frustrated I didn’t make my appointment online.. I explained to her that it kept loading and not saving my info and her response was, "Oh Good!" with annoyance in her voice. I apologized to her bc she knew i knew she was annoyed with me. She not once said, no worries, it’s ok..Why? bc you had to take your time and schedule me? Unreal people. Work and don’t complain. Do your job. I only come to this location bc the PA’s, NP’s and Drs are kind, but most of the office staff are miserable and complain to eachother while patients are sitting there listening.. disrespectful. I have to go somewhere and unfortunately it’s with a bunch of staff that are unhappy. They need to work on this big time.

I was very impressed with the facility and the care I received at Western New York Dermatology. Dr Jerald Shultz performed my surgery. His professionalism, humor and ability to explain the procedure in easy to understand. terms was amazing. Highly recommend this facility to anybody that needs this type of care. Chip

Went here with my boyfriend this week for a first visit. He has had terrible eczema since younger and was having bad flare ups. We saw a nurse practitioner named Jessica. Basically she walked in the room and just said were giving u these ointments and pills. Provided no education, asked no questions, and barely examined him. Didn't try to get to know him and his history. Just pushing prescriptions. Rushed us out and seemed annoyed with my questions. Horrible medical care. Seems like a facility more catering to botox and body sculpting not actual skin health. Would not recommend at all

I keep going back to my appointments hoping it will be better and that they'll care and find out what's wrong. But they don't. Only one provider actually took the time to listen. All the others clearly don't care. I'm always rushed and never listened to. And all they could tell me after dealing with recurring intense burning and itching for months is bug bites. And to continue a medicine treatment that isn't working. I'm not longer going to pay $40 in Ubers plus copays for only meeting with a provider for 10 minutes or less.

I was a little leary after reading the negative comments however my experience was far opposite. My son has been dealing with a skin problem for months. I called, they got him in within the week due to a cancellation. The staff was very nice from receptionists to medical assistant to the provider. I was offered multiple options. Great experience start to finish. Thank you all!

I went to this Dermatology center because the lack of dermatologist of color in our area. Being African American, and their lead dermatologist being of Indian descent, I thought surely this would be ok. I was diagnosed with an Autoimmune disease called Scleroderma (Systemic Sclerosis) cutaneous diffuse. Biggest concern is your SKIN. The Dr. they assign to me, Mancuso did nothing for me. I went because of hyperpigmentation on my hands. And swelling due to my AI. She prescribed a steroid that will not help my hyperpigmentation at all. I asked her how many patients does she see or have treated with Scleroderma, her response, "a patient with Scleroderma should see a Rheumatologist ". Like no kidding Sherlock, and also you need a Dermatologist, Cardiologist, Pulmonologist, and Gastroenterologist. She looked at me as if I was an interruption in her day. Just no personality or words of wisdom. Definitely won’t be back. Gave it a two, because the receptionists were awesome and so was the young lady taking dictation.

Very disappointed with my visit. Absolutely no communication between their billing department and reception team led me to wasting my time coming to an appointment to be blindsided. Reception told me to put a deposit down on a 15 minute operation. When asked how much the procedure would be, and I quote, the receptionist said "I don’t know, the doctor makes that up depending on how much he feels he removes." Completely unprofessional Dr. Nazareth and WNY Dermatology team! Definitely unethical and sounds borderline illegal if you ask me. Anyways, I won’t be back nor will I recommend your office to anyone.
