I felt compelled to write this review due to the exceptional service and care I received recently. I was checked in on schedule, after the initial vital sign checks by outstanding and friendly staff, the doctor came to the room and spent ample time with me during the consultation. Additional minor procedures were done by the doctor and the staff almost immediately after. I was done in less than 45 minute with such a quality care that I felt is important to share my experience with others.

Horrible experience! Went in for the top of my right ear that had a small growth on it that would Not heal, and hurt badly to lay on! When called back to exam room, listened to inappropriate giggling, and loud laughter outside my exam door! Dr. Mamad entered the room and asked what I was being seen for! I explained about my ear! He barely looked at it and stated it was probably an irritation of sleeping on that side of my ear! I asked him then why is it so painful and not healing? He had no reply to that question! He said he would take a biopsy tho just to see! Said it would take about 2 weeks to get results back and would call when they came in! 2 1/2 weeks passed! No calls! I ended up calling them back to only be informed that the results Did come back only to be sent out again for 2nd opinion! I was Not informed of Any of this, and still do not know the reason for the second opinion! Very rude man, and acted like I was waiting his time with such a trivial thing as my ear! He asked me as he left the exam room, was that All I had come there for is my ear! I have been waiting still on results!

Worst experience EVER. I was worse off after he got through with me than when I went in. All he is interested in is making money. You would think a dermatologist would be able to identify a fungal issue before performing a biopsy and then allergy patch testing. He acted as if he didn't even care that I was hurting. The office never checked up on my after I left in tears. I will NEVER go there again.

I went for an initial office visit. Sat in exam room over 45 minutes after sitting in waiting room. The doctor came and did a body check only. He made a quick diagnosis without any other information. He said it would not be covered by insurance and then said I'd have to cover it out of pocket with another doctor. He made no referrals and said I'd just have to find a doctor in the metroplex. HE ALSO ASSUMED I COULD NOT PAY THE OUT OF POCKET. He laughed and walked out the room. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Bagheri was an awesome doctor. He treated my mother with a small cancer spot on her face. The procedure was quick and easy and most important, without any pain. After the procedure I felt confident in his skills and have been using him for my monthly facial treatments. I must admit that I do receive a lot of compliments on my skin and people think I am 10 years younger than my age. This place is like a fountain of youth. Thank you Dr. Bagheri!!!

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. He spent maybe five minutes with me and treated me like I was dumb. He acted like my problem did not concern him. He was completely uninterested and literally laid his head against the wall while I was talking. I too am in the healthcare field and cannot believe he treats patients this way. I would not recommend this man (I wouldn’t even say dr.) to anyone.

Horrible experience, terrible unprofessional staff. Dr came in and took like 2 minutes just sat there in the chair and looked uninterested in anything that I was saying. Told me I just needed to moisturize and put Vaseline on my skin. Will never go back! He is only interested in people he can take advantage of.
