My mom's first visit here. We are very pleased with everything and everyone we encountered. The staff are professional and friendly and nice. No wait time from when we arrived to when we were in the exam room to when the Lauren Hartman came in. Very nice. Made us feel very comfortable.

I’ve been going here for about 5 months now. To begin with my first day there was an issue with my appointment and they said that they called me to leave a voicemail. The" voicemail" they were referring to was 8 seconds long and all you can hear in the background is one of the front ladies who wears glasses say"How is your dieting going?" A minute before they closed. When I relayed this to who I’m assuming called me and left the voicemail was shock after she told me she left me a voicemail and I showed her the voicemail she sent me and how it was ridiculous. I ended up still making appointments which should have been my first red flag. I kept going and for the most part Adriana MA are super nice. There is a Hispanic girl with black hair that is super sweet and informative. However for the other ones I can’t say the same thing. I was supposed to start my medication over 2 months ago and STILL haven’t started. But the medication requires a one month preparation beforehand. I go in for what is supposed to be the day I start and Adriana comes in asking what we are doing today. Which I find ridiculous because she asks this every time. I tell her the same thing she’s always confused. Whether we started or haven’t started and if I’m in the system I should have been put on that her ma failed to do. Adriana herself goes "oh they are supposed to do that why didn’t you tell me" how is the patient suppose to know?!?! Adriana likes to speak in Spanish which I personally don’t find an issue with but if your ma doesn’t speak Spanish why do that( she would speak minima English on what we would be doing towards the end for the MA) Anyways I go in a month later AGAIN and I finally start my medications WRONG. Everytime I go to refill my prescription they always ask me if my pharmacy will be the same. Honestly every practice has asked me. This time they didn’t and I realized while going down the stairs , I go back up and let the MA know I changed the location she looked visibly bothered (tall girl )which I get because I as a patient should know however i wasn’t even gone from the clinic for even 2 minutes. We change the pharmacy PERFECT. I go to my pharmacy after about an hour to pick up the medication since I was excited. I go and ask and they say they don’t have anything for me. I call and ask the clinic how long should I wait they say they don’t have it and she goes by the end of the day. I go the next day which is a Saturday they don’t have it. It’s Saturday so the clinic is closed and I no longer can do anything. This was honestly my last straw it is ridiculous. The lady who does appointments always has an attitude and never a smile. Doesn’t greet or anything. The lady in the front desk honestly has been good besides the interactions we have had on the phone. But the MAs need to do their job I have to pay more copays for appointments to be 2 minutes long since they didn’t do their job. I understand Adriana probably has a lot of patients but look at my chart and know what we are doing because asking everytime is ridiculous and being confused and than telling me " oh the same thing" after I tell her no is annoying. Regardless she has been nice and okay. But if you know youre MA doesn’t speak Spanish WHY do that when I speak perfect English if you’re going to do that make sure they understand what to do after. I understand the MA may not understand but she herself should let her know because it cost us patients money and time. GO IF YOU WANT TO PAY YOUR COPAY FOR NO REASON

Her genuine passion for her work was evident in every step of the consultation, and she took the time to explain everything with care and clarity. Came in this morning 12/16/25 because of a spot on my scalp, i have had previous visits because of basal carcinoma on my cheek and eaelobe and was concerned that the spot on my scalp was another basal carcinoma but thankfully got to see Lauren Hartman and she assured me that it was nothing. She and her staff were very caring and helpful and suggested that I have a full body screening to rule out any cancers. Great practice.

I was an hour late for my appointment and they rearranged things and saw me within 10 minutes. The doctor was very polite and very professional. Very clean environment and friendly people. I would recommend this dermatology office to anyone and everyone.
