Genevieve is great! She is very knowledgeable! I first came here in 2016 in their Rocky River location. I love their new Westlake location. They offer a variety of services and I highly recommend laser hair removal to everyone.

I have had energy and mood issues most of my life so Genevieve recommended hormone tests and lab work. She was able to determine I had an autoimmune disease and she was able to guide me on my healing journey. I had suffered many years and had seen many doctors who overlooked my symptoms and did not take them seriously. I have also received various med spa services such as dysport, sculptra, scarlet, restylane and laser hair removal for about 9 years. I now fly in from San Francisco due to the trust I have established with Genevieve. This place is one of Cleveland’s best kept secrets and the place to go for self care.

The photo-facial rejuvenation treatment has changed my life — my skin feels healthier, brighter, and rarely ever experiences break-outs (which were a very common thing for me). I will always be thankful I found Advanced Skin Renewal. I started coming to Genevieve back in 2022 to help with my facial scarring left from cystic acne. From day 1 I was blown away by her extensive medical knowledge and experience. Not only is she a consummate professional and very knowledgeable about the plethora of non-ablative skincare options, but she wins the trifecta with her positive and caring demeanor. I cannot tell you enough about this place — I am so fortunate that I found Advanced Skin Renewal! I suffer from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and have painful cystic acne, scarring, open pores, and much more. I tried everything to make my skin better, from prescription facial creams to face packs, but nothing seemed to work and I was always back to terribly painful skin problems again. Then I looked up this place online and found that someone else who had PCOS and acne, was able to get clear skin after receiving treatment from here! So I scheduled my appointment immediately!
