Failed to address any of my problems. First dermatologist I've been to in my 40 years that I've had to lead in conversation. He hovered on the other side of the room in a mask. I told him about my skin history. He offered no suggestions. I offered suggestions from previous dermatologists years ago. And asked what he thought of them but he just manplained antihistamines to me. I had to ask him specifically to look at my face to see if it had rosacea. He said yes but offered no solution. I asked him if I should maybe have some rosacea medicine. He said he could call some in. Did not address my persistent fungal spots, which was my main reason for visiting. Very short appointment, it was useless and I shall go elsewhere.

I had an appointment last year because I had hair loss problems and my face had a weird rash. Went to the app 15 min early like they told me and had to wait almost one hour because they were busy which I understand, but when my time came to go in the room he rush and did not help me at all with me concerns. His answered was "The hair lost just started it", well that's the reason I went there.. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone I know

I had to get a mole removed and was extremely nervous, thinking it would be very painful. I wasn’t prepared at all for the procedure. Fortunately, Dr. Nicholas was kind and reassuring the entire time. He told me it wouldn’t hurt and that everything would be fine — and he was absolutely right! I didn’t feel any pain at all, and I have a very low pain tolerance. I’m truly grateful to have found such a skilled, professional, and compassionate doctor. Highly recommended! The only downside is that appointments take a long time to be scheduled — sometimes months.

Dr Lowe was great at explaining what all was involved with my procedure and answerd all my questions to help me fully understand what was happening. He and his assistant did a wonderful job!

The assistant/nurse, Amber, was friendly and kind and got me all prepped and numb for Dr. Lowe to come in and talk to me and begin a minor procedure. Dr. Lowe was pleasant amd even joked a little during a little difficulty in the surgery. Ì trust Dr. Lowe and feel like I am in good hands.

Great experience. Dr. Lowe is very knowledgeable and experienced about dermatology. He has wonderful bedside manner and thoroughly explains everything in laymen’s terms. Highly recommend Dr. Lowe and MA Claudia. Appreciated the prompt call from Alonzo informing me of next steps. Great that they are located in West Valley so I didn’t need to travel far. Thanks again.

This the second time I have been in to see Dr. Lowe. I find him to be knowledgeable, kind, considerate and willing to answer any question. Both the office staff and medical assisting staff are professional and willing to assist at any time. I strongly recommend Dr. Lowe and his staff for your dermatologist needs. Sincerely Gary Martin,
