The office staff is very friendly and appear to enjoy each other & treat all the patients with concern and care. Very enjoyable visits making sure you don’t miss your appointments thru reminder texts.

Waiting room is pleasant and provides complementary WiFi. No long waits in the waiting room provided you show up on time. Dr. Ali is very personable and efficient with his time. His staff is excellent and very helpful reaching out to schedule appointments and follow up.

Being a natural redhead, I was trepidatious about injections. Dr. Ali was superb, took excellent care of me and I had NO pain during three different procedures. He is an incredible doctor who is not only extremely experienced but a sincerely caring doctor who definitely puts his patients feel at ease and comfortable which eases any stress one might feel. I placed my trust in him and recommend him whole heatedly.

When the MA took me to the room she asked me about the reason for seeing the doctor . I told her that I need a second opinion about a diagnosis based on a bipsy . She said if the biopsy shows mslignancy then it is a malignancy . I told her that I didn't come here today to listen to your personal opinion and I would like really to see what the doctor thinks about it. The doctor came to the room and spent maybe 2 minutes only with me and he didn't even look at my scalp . He looked as if he is in a rush and didn't listen to all my other issues .

I used to see Justin Parks and she was great. When Aadil Abowath took over, the quality of care noticeably declined. He has been treating the warts on my hand, and during my fourth treatment he didn’t even check the area he had previously been working on. I constantly have to point out spots he overlooks. He also failed to call in the medication he was supposed to prescribe at my prior visit. Every appointment seems to involve a new tech he is training, and there appears to be high turnover among the staff working with him. Overall, I feel very uncomfortable under his care and do not want to continue seeing him.
