Massage Envy

I was very disappointed with the feedback I received regarding a cancellation. I was trying to give 24 hours before my scheduled appointment due to a snow fall weather forecast. I tried to explain that we were expecting snow the day of my visit and how do we go about rescheduling your receptionist said if I canceled I would be charged at least 50% of my fee the fact that I was trying to reschedule due to weather, active mother nature, there should be something we can do. She said no I said well I need to speak with a supervisor/manager. She put me on hold came back and said the manager was in a meeting and would call me back that callback never happened the day of my visit Saturday, February 7 at 1 PM. The weather wasn’t too too bad however it did snow and some areas. The roads weren’t completely clear the fact that there was nothing that could be done on your end me taking the risk of possibly getting into an accident or someone accidentally hitting me should be a factor in your clause. I think it was unfair and unprofessional that your management never responded accordingly very disappointing for a person who has a years contract with service. I don’t believe I will be renewing for another year. If this is the kind of service that’s provided to your customers. My facial with Jordan is always exceptional as she is very professional.

My facial with Jordan was amazing. Although I hadn’t planned on getting a facial, it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The evening appointment around 8 p.m. was perfect, and I definitely plan to continue booking facials because it was absolutely worth it.

Rosa is an expert esthetician I enjoy seeing again and again. I always feel relaxed, refreshed and renewed from my sessions with her. She customizes my facial every time depending on what she sees going on with my skin and I appreciate receiving her services!

Kyle is amazing, been dealing with neck, shoulder and upper back pain for little over a year. Left feeling like I was a normal human again. Woke up this morning a little sore but feeling like a million bucks!!!

I have gone to Massage Envy in West Hartford for years now!! They are WONDERFUL!! But most of all my massage tech Jessica is phenomenal at her job and she does great work! Because she is do good, she is the ONLY one that I go too!!

After hearing some negative things about the chain as a whole, I was pleasantly surprised that there was no real heavy push to buy any products or sign up for memberships. They were mentioned, but we moved on to other things. I realize each location is managed and own by different people and I am very happy with this location, so kudos to the owner. The entire staff were professional and kind. I look forward to going again.

The Massage Envy West Hartford location was excellent. My wife rescheduled our appointments here after the South Windsor location canceled my massage TWICE! The staff was very friendly and helpful. My therapist was Kyla and she was fantastic! Talked through everything well and her pressure was perfect. I definitely plan on returning and seeing Kyla again.
