I’ve been seeing Alexandra for my Botox and filler and she is amazing ! I typically see her at the Westport location, but I’ll always make the trip for her! She always listens to my concerns and does a great job at making me feel confident in my treatments.

Alexandra is so great! She really listens to what you want and is so knowledgeable in helping you achieve stunning, natural results. Would highly recommend her!

I have gotten Botox for sweating in my under arms for a few years now. It either worked first treatment or I would go back for a touch up at no extra cost. I recently moved to the Hartford area, so I found this place. I got the Botox about 2 months ago and my sweating has been the same or even worse from before I got the Botox. When I called about a touch up, they told me they don’t do that and I would have to pay for additional vials. This is pretty outrageous with how expensive the first treatment was and it didn’t even work. I’ve received this treatment in nyc, nj and PA and they all offered complimentary touch ups. If you’re paying $1k for a service, you expect it to work and the spa should stand by that. I won’t be returning unfortunately and do not recommend.

I had such a great experience with GMS! I ordered tretinoin over the phone, and Hillary made the whole process so easy. She even had it delivered to my home and included some samples along with a handwritten note, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s rare to come across that kind of care and attention to detail, and I really appreciated it.
