I have had continued very positive experiences here at Starlit Arsthetics. Sammi has been very kind and supportive. Most of all she stays in communication. This is very important because it allows her to answer questions, provide in-depth information, and follow-up after procedures. Her staff are inviting and knowledgeable. They are able to reinforce information Sammi provided and include additional insight when asked. As far as my experience, Sammi and her staff are able to communicate in English and Mandarin. So it made it easier to discuss and learn from them. The office itself is very clean and they encourage customers to read the information in brochures. The equipment looks well kept. Their customer service is excellent well. They offer drinks and food. I definitely recommend people to visit Sammi and her team for their treatments. I also heard they opened up a new location in Pasadena. I will definitely come back for more treatments!

Today is my second time doing Morpheus8 and I added exosomes! Loey was in charge of my reception, she was very warm and gave me a good discount. I highly recommend the RN named is xiao Ma to help me operate, she is from Hong Kong, very friendly and professional! I was afraid of pain, but she was so professional that I could even laugh and talk to her! The first time I finished the acne mark on my face was improved, and the double chin also improved a lot, I am so happy! I would recommend it to people with acne scars, large pores, including double chins! Looking forward to my recovery !

Found this place back in September 2024 and had an initial consultation with Mimi. She is a very knowledgeable RN, she is very nice and she is also the owner. Mimi has over 10 years experience in Ultherapy/Thermage and various injection treatments. When I saw them getting the latest Ultherapy Prime machine I knew it’s the time to do it here, I came before thanksgiving and the treatment went extremely well. Overall no pain and the Prime machine performed extremely fast. I already did Ultherapy & Thermage eye at this place and I’m looking forward to getting my Morpheus 8 done here.

As soon as I entered, the service was particularly good. They served me desserts and snacks. The staff inside were very patient and explained the services I needed to me very patiently. The nurse's technique made me feel very good. I think it was a very pleasant experience.
