I took my 17 yr old for an appointment. Rey, the front desk lady didn't really want me to go back with her but my daughter wanted me too. I'm glad I did because there is major communication gaps between doctor and front desk. We were told by doctor to start applying cream 1 week after procedure. I called office 4 days later to talk to doctor since my daughter's face and eye was very swollen she couldn't go to school. We were not informed of the potential side effects but did the standard ice and medication for the swelling. We were told doctor does not talk to patients on the phone and she would have to see her again. I was working so I sent my daughter. They charged my daughter a $55 copay and told her it was normal (doctor could've advised us at first visit or over the phone of this). A few days later I called when we realized we never received the cream we were supposed to apply 1 week after treatment. Rey told me she would check and call me back. She called me back and said it had not been a week. I explained to her she was using the date of the extra appointment not of when the procedure was done. She refused to understand what I was saying and laughed when I asked to speak to the doctor to clarify. She offered to cancel our follow up appointment and I agreed since there would be no change without the medication. She also refused to refund the copay she had my daughter pay.

Dr. Apphia Wang is awesome! She's helped me immensely and always takes whatever time it takes to explain the issues and treatments. Highly recommend her. Dr. Allison Wang is also great as well.

I was referred to Dr. Apphia Wang by two independent people. Her approach to everything was absolutely amazing. The office is beautiful, staff is super nice, and I felt completely welcomed. I was so happy with my treatment, that I have referred family and friends who also have called me up and thanked me for the referral. Thank you Dr. Wang!

Dr Allison Wang was great! She spent time explained the possible treatments for my daughter's acne. Her bedside manner is excellent. I would recommend her 100%

Doctor refused to speak to me about a fee because I decided to cancel ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE SHE IS JUST AS UNPROFESSIONAL AS THE LADY IN THE FRONT DESK I WILL ALSO FILE A BBB COMPLAINT

Dr Wang made me feel relaxed. She is very professional and thorough. Will definitely recommend her and the office.
