Had an annual appt. Tuesday morning where I pointed out a new cluster of itchy blisters by my thumb. She said oh ya it’s probably just a bug bite. Today, Thursday I am at doctor office with a new large area on the right side of my face blistering. NOT A BUG BITE!!! Do not want it in my eye!!! They said not a bug bite and now I’m taking steroids to get rid of it. And you’re a dermatologist!?!?! Time to go elsewhere!!!

I first want to say that I didn’t get past the first desk, so I don’t want to discredit the office. However, I entered the office pretty distraught, and the receptionist was incredibly unsympathetic and the epitome of inconsiderate. They were heavily booked (which isn’t their fault), but literally anything other than a blank stare and a monotone "sorry" would have been appreciated. If you can’t even fake kindness I wouldn’t recommend being the first face of an establishment. For this reason I won’t be returning, and would not recommend this office.

I have always encountered very friendly and caring staff.

Nursing staff and Providers are great! Front Desk staff seem like they really dislike their jobs. Which is sad beings they are the first people patients encounter. Seemed bothered anytime we check in. If you don't like your job, find a different one.

While I have had mostly good experiences here, today I didn't like the vibe I felt from the doctor I saw (I will not call her out specifically). The way she approached and responded to my concern made it seem like I "should have known it wasn't a problem" (at least not yet) and resulted in me feeling ridiculous for calling in the appointment in first place. Do you know how loudly facial expressions and tone can speak? I am a patient with a concern. YOU are the medical professional with the knowledge (hopefully). You went into health industry to CARE FOR people. Do it with tact, and educate where you can.

Rhain located a very small mole on my yearly exam which she showed concern over and took the needed sample. Turned out to be stage 3 Melanoma. I'm grateful for her expertise and follow through to really save it from growing and saved my life. All staff are wonderful

If I could give zero stars I would. As the relative of someone on Medicaid, I find it extremely disappointing that Bryan and his clinic will not file with any of the MCOs, even with out-of-network requests. There are no dermatologists in close proximity to Waterloo and Cedar Falls who will work with Medicaid patients, whatsoever. Just because someone is on Medicaid doesn't mean they aren't deserving of dermatological care. This particular policy is a great example of kicking people while they're already down.
