I cannot believe how sweet these guys are. I had my first ever biopsy done here and I didn't even feel a thing. Everyone kept me calm and comforted me during my procedure (I am super scared of needles) And the procedure was completely painless. They distracted me and conversed with me through the whole thing. They truly care about how I felt! I love you guys so much❤️❤️❤️

I have hand many procedures here. The skin cancer aka melanoma has been an issue for me for 10 years. They care and want to help you. Great place for medical care.

I recently had an appointment at this office because I developed a sudden lesion on my face. I booked the appointment last week, but the lesion actually fell off a couple of days before the visit. I decided to keep the appointment because I was still concerned and had other ongoing skin issues I wanted evaluated. During my visit, I shared my concerns, but instead of feeling heard, I was told by Kelly that I "need to stop comparing myself to others, on tiktok." I found this comment dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering I paid $60 for the appointment and took time off work because I was genuinely worried about my health. I’m leaving this review because I believe patients should feel respected, listened to, and taken seriously when they come in for care.

As a medical student, I was surprised that the dermatologist did not perform the procedure himself and instead recommended that I return to have his physician assistant complete it. It appeared that the dermatologist is more focused on financial considerations than on providing direct patient care. Response: The name associated with this review is an alias. Furthermore, I will not be removing this review, as it accurately reflects my visit to this location.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. Dr. Hudson knew what he was doing and Joanna was great. Both explained what was going to happen each step of the way and what to expect. Thanks for the good care. The girls at the desk were nice and thoughtful too.

The front desk was friendly but when I got back in the exam room I felt like I was rush I thought I was there for consultation she talked to fast look at my face look at a sore on my upper arm look at my head that has bumps on it I was in and out in 15 minutes her bedside manners needs to improve will not recommend this clinic at all

I went for a check of a few spots. All was fine so I just had a few visible ugly marks frozen. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable of their services and pleasant to converse with. All the good I had heard about them true. Nice to have a medical staff treat you well, not like you’re too old to comprehend or too close to the grave to worry about.
