Jessie at their front desk is very supportive in assisting clients to get the best packages for cosmetic services. It's always a pleasure working with her to get the best prices on my procedures. Joseph is a consummate professional, very skilled in all forms of facial injections, making fillers look natural and flawless. Trevor RN (only at that location on Fridays) helped me today and was so pleasant, skilled and knowledgeable about products that would help me enhance my features. He is very diligent in his asthetic technique, the injections were virtually painless. I will definitely schedule on Fridays going forward with him.

This business has decreased in quality of service over these last two years. I came to Annie for forehead and masseter botox in May of 2024 when the office looked very clean and organized. I loved that she used a marker to strategically place the botox and the results lasted well over six months, I loved her work! I came back December of 2025 and the office looks very unkept, disorganized, and one of the girls was upset I was standing waiting since there were not any chairs available. The nurse who injected me did not use a marker to target my injections on my forehead and I could feel that some injections were deeper than others, but I tried to not think much of it. It was not until February started that I noticed that the botox has significantly worn off and I am seeing the lines that I initially sought treatment for. I asked one of the receptionists about this and she said it is normal for botox to wear off this quickly despite my past experiences of it lasting much longer! I plan to stop my botox subscription with them and see a different injector. Don’t waste your money here! They are quick to take your money and upset if you do not like the result.

First I’ve known Skin Perfect Brothers for several years, and I believe that they are just worried about taking your money and moving on to the next patent. I wasn’t even sitting in the chair for 5 minutes and the receptionist was rude she came and asked for $2500 I didn’t even get to explain exactly in detail what I wanted or what to expect, Joseph walked out and was working on another patient. Then he started doing threads burst a blood vessel and the whole side of my face started to swell and wouldn’t stop bleeding and I had to call them the next day because I was crying and concerned you would have thought that they would have called then they decided to call after I brought it to there attention three months later I still haven’t heard from them considering I’ve known them for years, well I guess it’s just business as usual right.
