Dr Pike and her assistant listened to me, made me feel heard and kept eye contact so I did not feel as if I was being dismissed. She did not make me feel rushed, I felt comfortable and relaxed. I feel that she effectively assessed my needs and I am thankful to have scheduled and had my appointment with her instead of another office in which I had a terrible first time experience with. Thank you Dr Pike & team !

I would like to start this off by saying that I am a former manager of a doctors office, and I notice just about everything. Dr. Pike has been more than competent since I first started seeing her 5 years ago. She has been thorough, answered any questions that I've had and been very informative. She has a great bedside manner, I am put to ease when I go in. I appreciate that I never feel rushed when she comes in. So many times at a doctors office, it feels like the doctor is in the room for maybe 5 minutes at the most, and the staff takes care of me the rest of the time; that is not the case here. Dr. Pike makes eye contact the entire time, listens to me and does a thorough check. After over a year, she even remembered my daughters name!! That was either good memory or good doctors notes, either way I am impressed!! I have not read the other ratings yet, however, I will say that I am so confident with her that I would bring my entire family to see her. Other doctors in Virginia Beach should take notes from her

Solid group - the office is comfortable and Dr. Pike is amazing! I've referred at least 3 people to her so far. She is very professional, helpful, and knowledgable on all fronts. She take a good amount of time with you and is sure all of your questions are answered before you go. She's fantastic! 😀

Apparently, courteous behavior is extinct at Dr. Pike’s office. I just relocated and was looking for a doctor. I am still looking. After waiting 45 minutes with no explanation for the delay, I decided I would take my business elsewhere. There were only 2 other patients in the office and the support staff was rude when I inquired about the delay. I am quite sure if I arrived 45 minutes late for my appointment, it wouldn’t have been acceptable. I wonder why Dr. Pike and her team feel my time is less valuable than theirs.

I love this place! I've never had a long wait! Easy appointments! Just an all around great atmosphere! I recommend 💯 to everyone!! Dr. Pike is awesome! I came in with alaprecea and was just depressed and ready to give up! She restored my hair loss and I continue going to get through my out break! I love her! So gentle, just all around a sweetheart!!

Dr Pike and the staff are amazing. Professional atmosphere with smiling faces. Dr. Pike listened to my concerns and questions and addressed them head on. She's extremely kind and gentle. I left my consultation very pleased and hopeful.

My wife and I thought we had a couples appt. at 3:45. This time was confirmed by multiple texts. We arrived at 3:42 PM. The office manager said I was 12min. late for my 3:30 PM appt. therefore my appt. was canceled! I never received any notifications from the office. My wife spent 20 minutes in her exam room. I am still in total shock!
