Donna and the front desk team along with everyone else was very professional and welcoming. For my first time there seeing a welcoming face made my experience excellent. Donna explained the process and she was very down to earth. Couldn’t ask for a better experience

Everyone was awesome! Even though we were late because of being stuck in the ice (I did call to let them know beforehand) & the doctor had something very important scheduled after us that she had to be on time for, they tried their best & still fit us in. And even though the doctor had something else soon after, she was thorough, kind & never rushed us. Thankfully, the timing worked out well because I didn't want to inconvenience them! I really appreciate their care & customer service!

Donna took the time to answer all of my questions and addressed any concerns I was having. She’s knowledgeable and extremely kind and genuine. Donna also treats my three-year-old daughter and is extremely good with her as well. I would recommend her for adult or kids. Also, Sara, who sits at the front desk is absolutely amazing! She is kind and very funny. As soon as you walk in, she’s the first face that I see, and she always makes me feel welcomed in the office when I come in for my appointment.

I love the advice they offer when I feel unsure on proper medication or routine manage. All staff I have interfered with are kind in always in good spirits. I have been going here for about two years and I’m also normally in and out there are no long wait times and very understanding drs. In this office . Totally recommend if your looking for a dermatologist in Cumberland county area.

Donna and team of nurse and front desk are all very professional and they all have amazing bedside manner. Which I appreciate so much as this was my first time there and first time ever at a dermatologist. I look forward to seeing them all again for my annual next year!!

I had a small mole for about 3 years. Over the weekend it got nasty looking. Very sore and sensitive. I got right in today to see Donna. She ordered 2 antibiotics, one pill form and the other one a cream. I am so glad that it wasn't serious.

The staff was good,a little confused behind the desk with how pre-authorization would be sent,there is no email and this company is run differently,u can't reach the office directly,I had a problem with getting a response over a medication, I had to call 7 times and received 1 call back,but nothing was done to fix the issue, and after that,NO ONE called me back.Appointments were scheduled on my behalf without me consenting, Robert Thomas is who I saw in Vineland location, never got back to me either when I was calling,he was on vacation..I guess no covering Dr...I had an infection and I still have it almost 4 weeks later .I am trying a new Dr. and location and they are running behind. So now I will see how this goes, definitely not a good experience from the start unfortunately.
