I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, efficient, and professional. The Courtney was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and explain my treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. I felt genuinely cared for and confident in the treatment I received. If you’re looking for a dermatologist who is both skilled and compassionate, I highly recommend this practice.

Do not recommend this place at all. I’ve already written one review of them which I’m guessing they flagged? Don’t know but it isn’t here now. Basically, they don’t do their job, and working with them is incredibly frustrating. Go anywhere else but here. 2 doctors for 20+ locations so you’ll see a PA. Which is fine but like, is that normal? Dunno. I have scars on my legs now from psoriasis because I had to wait so long and call them back so many times before getting the medicine I needed. Will not return, will not recommend and will continue to review if they keep taking them down bc people deserve honesty. Courtney, you’re awesome. I hope you find a better opportunity elsewhere.

Do not go here, they are HORRIBLE. They will not call you back. They are slow or forget entirely to follow up on prescriptions. I had to constantly stay on top of them to get the medication I desperately need for my psoriasis. It took so long and the flare ups got so bad that I now have scars on my legs that aren't going away. This could have been avoided if they would have done what they said they would do. I did FINALLY get my medication, but they were rude and unhelpful the ENTIRE PROCESS. I called them yesterday because I need a refill on the same meds. They NEVER answer the phone - it goes to an answering service or voicemail every time - and now they're not returning my call. I've been cordial and reserved any frustration in hopes things would turn around because I REALLY don't want to start this whole process again at another office, but, I'm going to have to because I don't trust this office to do their job and TAKE MY MONEY TO SEE THEM SO I CAN GET THE MEDS I NEED. Honestly, Courtney (PA-C) is great. Every other process and aspect of this office is awful. I think it's a scam where a dermatologist puts their name on the clinic but then never actually sees patients in office. (Has any other patient seen a doctor here, I'd honestly love to know??) There are 2 doctors for 20+ locations across Texas? I think they hire PAs to see patients at a lower rate and they just float around doing the bare minimum. Courtney - you are worth more and should go somewhere else. Ya'll can go ahead and lose my number bc you don't use it anyway.

I want to start off by saying I wish I could give them 10 stars. I would recommend to everyone! My experience at this office was simply amazing!! I came in with tears and left with hope. I knew I found the right place. The level of care is amazing. Onica the nurse assistant took the time to listen document and relay the issue. Her calming presence was what I needed for this visit. Courtney is so caring and knowledgeable. She took time with me. I left knowing she was willing to work with me until we found what worked for me. The level of care they give is like you are friends. I had struggled for years and Courtney found what many Doctor visits and countless OTC meds could not! I was so hesitant to go because I had not found anything that helped. I am doing great now. Courtney and Onica make a great team. Nicole the receptionist was nice polite and helpful. I had no issues with my medication being sent in or being filled quickly. The office was very clean and welcoming. If you are struggling with a skin issue I would definitely recommend them!!!

Prescription never got sent in ever! So I wasted my time and money for my health? My appointment was July 17th at 11:00. Never got a call back Medrock pharmacy says nothing was sent in ever! Leave messages with the pharmacy, nurse etc. I will report this facility to the Texas Medical Board.

I’ll start off by saying the staff in office was very kind. Previous reviews mention a rude receptionist but I couldn’t disagree more. She was very kind and personable. The PA and her assistant were both thorough and kind. My issue is that one of the prescriptions we talked and I asked for was not sent to my pharmacy. Which is no big deal mistakes happen. The Rx to the specialty pharmacy got sent so I figured the one to my local pharmacy just accidentally got missed. I gave it a bit and then I called and left a message with a lady who said she’d get it to the doctor. Got no call back and no rx so I gave it some more days. Repeated this process. I’ve spoken to several people and left a voicemail on the nurses line. Weeks later have not received a call back. Had to call telehealth through my insurance today to get a temporary Rx. To be clear the staff was great, no complaints there but their system for getting these things taken care of is not great. My dermatitis is on my face so one could understand why I’d want that treated as quickly as possible

Everyone there was super sweet and friendly. My favorite was the nurse, onica. Onica was so sweet, super funny, and very caring, she even stayed with me after close to make sure I was good all the way to the door. I will definitely go back for anymore dermatology related issues!
