I have been a patient here for almost 10 years. I have seen different practitioners and have had a variety of treatments from Dr. Messina and her nurses and estheticians. I have had amazing experiences with each and every member of the staff at Infinity. I always leave the office feeling pampered and happier than I did when I arrived. I would recommend coming here to anyone as they cater very well to what the patients’ wants and needs in the most caring and professional way.

I drive over an hour each way to be treated at Infinity Aesthetics and my experience is well worth it! The tranquil, spa like atmosphere is conducive for the treatments offered. Services rendered by Dr Messina are great and treatment from other practitioners have been good as well. Practitioners take time to provide thorough information. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Updated Review I recently had the Skinvive treatment at Infinity Aesthetics, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! When I first walked in back in 2019 at age 40, I never imagined I’d look and feel this youthful at 46. People constantly ask me my secret, and the answer is Infinity. Dr. Messina and her fantastic team have truly transformed my skin with their treatment plan, giving me a youthful appearance. I’ve had various treatments, from fillers to Botox, and they’ve shown me that less is more, which has worked for me through the years. Plus, their probiotic recommendations completely resolved my stomach issues, which has been such a relief. Marla has always been so welcoming and a real gem from the start, and Melissa Simmons has been a fantastic addition to the team, bringing great skill and care This place gets 10/10 I highly recommend

We come today to do a touch up on our Botox we were not happy with the results before I pay for more units I ask to see the Bottle of Botox the lady said very rude no. she said she will not show me the the bottle of Botox and she said to us if we don’t like it we can go someplace else we talk to her nicely this is the first time for us that someone refused to show what is injecting us My advise to everybody before something is injected in your face make sure to ask to show you what it is? it is your right

Love this place, Elizabeth is the best. I won't let anyone do my IPL but her. Great front office team as well - so lucky to have this gem in Vallejo!

The front desk staff was curt and unhelpful. Do not expect a return call from them if you have any questions. Dr. Messina was pleasant though. But my recommendation is to go to LaserAway in Novato instead. Update: In response to this establishment’s reply to my review, I would like to clarify that my last appointment at Infinity Aesthetics was in February 2021. I was surprised to discover that the review I posted on Yelp after that visit had been removed. As a result, I felt it necessary to share my experience again here on Google. Based on both my in-person visits and phone interactions, I simply noted that the front desk staff at LaserAway Novato provided me with more assistance than those at Infinity Aesthetics.
