Solano Dermatology Associates - Vacaville

How could I possibly give Solano Dermatology anything less than 5 stars. My husband has been with them for many years and I have had a few appointments with them as well. The team my husband worked with through many MOH treatments could not be faulted. They explained the procedure and after care thoroughly. They care and it shows!

I am very happy with Solano Dermatology. I called today, and left a message regarding a concern. I received a call back within 2 hours. As luck would have it, there was a cancelation and I have an appointment in 2 days.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Where do I begin. I had a 11:30am appointment and was sitting for almost a hour. The receptionist told me that the doctor had a emergency as if this was the truth. My last appointment I got absolutely no good advice although they ran up my insurance as much as they could probably charged my insurance a couple thousand dollars for a 10 minute consultation and I was given absolutely no good advice that could help with the problems I was there for. Appointments are being scheduled for 3 months out. How can your skin clear up with appointments so far apart by the time of your next appointment your skin flare ups would be a disaster. This place is a joke !!

I am a patient and I have called Solano dermatologist's office on multiple occasions and it's like they've gone off the grid – no replies, no callbacks. Patient care is missing, and it seems like the admin staff is overwhelmed or perhaps lazy. I think at a minimum the office should call you back within a week after multiple messages. The actual dermatologist seem solid, but maybe it's worth checking out other spots for your skin and hair stuff. Just a friendly heads up!

This place is wonderful! That sounds strange to say about the doctors office. But from the moment you walk in the staff is exceptional. The front desk is very warm and welcoming. The office is spacious and clean. And again the staff are just above and beyond. This is truly one of those places that you know will take care of you. 100%.

Providers are great but can not get anyone from scheduling to answer the phone. Have been trying to get a follow up appointment for over a month, left multiple messages, and goes straight to voicemail each time with no call back.

The Staff is always great! I feel very well taken care of. My only complaint is, I may have an auto-immune disease, (not yet diagnosed) the person I was being seen by said I might have Rosacea. I've had Rosey cheeks since childhood. I was told in my twenties that it's just how I am. My sister has rosacea, my face has never looked like Her's. So I'm just wondering what kind of testing might they do.
