Jessica and her nurse were awesome! Very friendly, great sense of humor, and able to explain everything in plain English. Jessica was very kind and careful not to make the experience any more painful than it had to be.

I've never been here and had a bad experience. Jessica is very professional and great at what she does. She located a cancerous spot on me that I wasn't even aware of. My friend, My friends mother, my husband, and my daughter all use her. I would recommend her to ANYONE! She has great skin too!

This has been one of the BEST experience I've ever had with a dermatologist or doctor in the area ( with the exception of Dr. Michael Sims and his team, they are awesome to). Everyone in the office is super friendly, helpful, and they listen to your concerns. Jessica has been awesome at listening, providing several options, explaining each in detail, always asking what I'm okay with trying . If the 1st option doesn't work, she tries something else, until satisfactory results are achieved. You are never treated like a number, let me say it again , they listen to your concerns. I heard nothing but wonderful things about her, and I had such a great experience! She truly honored my more holistic approach to care and made me feel completely heard. She was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to communicate instead of rushing through the appointment. I left feeling supported and confident in my treatment plan. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and compassionate dermatologist in the Tyler or Longview area!

Was very pleased with the quality of care I received. Excellent communications and know-how and I felt very secure with their amount of care and expertise. I would recommend them immediately. Jessica was wonderful.

Dr Edwards and Dr Rebecca were awesome. The nurse Megan and nurse Jessica were amazing as well. The office staff is another story. Check in was not pleasant, I couldn't tell u her name because she did not introduce herself, instead of being friendly and inviting, she might have said 3 words to check me in. When I asked about payment, she had zero interest in helping me. Told me if I did have to osy I would do that at check out- Which leads me to check out, she was not as rude, but wasn't super inviting either. Told me my bill was $500 right then, which isn't her fault, but should've been addressed and explained at the front especially since I asked her. Check out seemed annoyed when I did not have 500 dollars right then, made me feel like I was trying to get out of paying, didn't explain things in a nice tone, just brash. The care I got once I was in the exam room was amazing thank you, just a Shame the office staff doesn't have the same kind of compassion.

I absolutely love them! They got me checked out and fixed up, quick and easy. I'm so happy I found them! Highly recommend.
