I love Epiphany. The staff is extraordinarily kind, courteous and professional. And also fast. I never have to wait. I appreciate that. I feel that the staff really seems to care about your well being.

I called the day before asking for a first time skin check. I'm 23 and have never been to a dermatologist before (so I'm unfamiliar with how it all works) but I keep seeing everywhere that you're supposed to go once a year. What prompted the visit was a specific spot I noticed on my skin, but I requested a "first time all over skin check" I was told they have an opening for the morning. She took down my information over the phone and that was it. I didn't receive any text or email confirmation/ reminders which I thought was weird. When I arrived in the morning she told me I wasn't on the schedule. I pulled up the phone call log from the day before (because that was the only proof I had) Then she starts handing me things to sign, without explaining what had happened. Not sure if she magically found me in the system or what. When I went back, they didn't have me get into a gown or anything. I was under the impression that a "first time skin check" meant an all-over check (at least that's what I read online) The doctor came in to check the one spot I had mentioned (she was very sweet) and I left shortly after. Overall it wasn't a bad visit, just kind of weird/ uncomfortable?

I have been going to Dr Jason for couple yrs and I love his service his staff service very good and he definitely have a wonderful personality and good at his work he get 💯

Notified would be late, blew right rear tire. Checked in told I could wait 15 minutes in for check up, several areas needed attention.

The staff in this office is truly amazing, professional and friendly! I felt very comfortable during my procedure and felt well cared for! I must say that I am very impressed with the efficiency in this office. No long wait after checking in. Promptly seen by physician. I highly recommend this practice!

The entire office is excellent , and Dr Blaser is great. I would like to acknowledge the young man at the check in desk, he is so warm & friendly , and I get the sense that he likes what he is doing , which is rare in medicine front office staff anymore. His smile is genuine & it makes a difference ! Kindness matters .
