Dr. Lowitt is a fantastic doctor. Very affable, humorous, and thorough. He took time to ask about my background and took an interest in me as a patient. Likewise, the staff was very friendly and efficient. Back story: I moved to Baltimore from DC a few years ago and looked around for a dermatologist. Unfortunately, most of the offices that I visited seemed more concerned with cosmetic surgery, botox injections, etc.; they were "good", but it seemed that carcinomas and other skin afflictions were of secondary concern. Anyway, Lowitt's great and I look forward to many years as his patient.
Receptionist and nurse were very cordial and helpful. Dr. Carolyn is very nice. She listened to my concerns and prescribed medicine to alleviate the issue. She stressed that if the medication did not work in eight weeks to call her and she would reevaluate and prescribe new medication. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend this practice to others.
Excellent experience, professional team. Front desk staff are great. They are very efficient, warm and welcoming. Dr Blair is very thorough and knowledgeable about skin care and products for skin health. Her assistant Aisha asked me lots of questions about my health and concerns about my visit. Dr Blair surgically removed a protruding mole from my arm. Aisha numbed my arm with a small needle, which did sting a little bit, but was necessary to remove the mole. The numbing sensation worked perfectly and I felt no pain whatsoever after that. Dr Blair removed the mole and placed it in a plastic bag and sent it to the lab for further testing. I will be notified in five days of the results. Dr Blair and her team at Epiphany Dermatology were patient and caring. I feel very hopeful.
I have always been pleased by the professionalism of this group. Generally in and out within an hour unless something unforeseen crops up. Dr. Lowitt has seen me through multiple lesions all with successful outcomes. His staff is friendly and helpful.
Carolyn Blair has seen me three times and is the most thorough dermatologist I've ever seen. She's wonderful and I send anyone who asks to see her.
Carolyn Blair is so very nice and thorough with her exam. She is very willing to answer any questions I may have. Always glad to get a clean bill of health from her! Staff is great and willing to help.
Nicoleta Negoita (Pricopie), PA is the most dedicated and knowledgeable person when diagnosing all types of skin issues. For over 10 yrs I have seen her ever 6 months due to family history. She has taken a ton of moles off of me well before becoming an issue. I love her!!!
