An amazing, thorough and knowledgeable doctor-- pretty much exactly what you want in a dermatologist. Dr Kyle is so detail oriented and on top of the most recent research. She does not try to do 'surgery' for every suspicious looking thing she sees to bilk insurance companies but actually has the patient's well being at heart. The only negative is she is really busy so it can be hard to get an appointment quickly so I recommend booking ahead of time.

I have been a patient at this office since 2021 and previously saw a PA who was kind, personable, and efficient. Unfortunately, she no longer works here. I scheduled an appointment in 2026 with Dr. Michelle Cheng instead. Dr. Cheng herself was efficient and prescribed the medications I needed, which is the only reason this office is receiving one star rather than zero. The rest of the experience was completely unprofessional. When scheduling, I uploaded my new insurance and my appointment was confirmed, leading me to believe the office accepted my insurance. Upon arrival, the front desk was chaotic. Patients were being called out by full name and even MRN numbers within clear earshot of the waiting room, which was extremely concerning from a privacy standpoint. I provided my insurance card and later asked for it back, at which point a front desk employee named Rebecca responded with visible attitude, stating she could not run my insurance because her computer was not working and repeatedly said they "just needed to get me into a room." I specifically asked whether the provider I was seeing accepted my insurance and was told yes. After a rushed and impersonal visit, I was left alone in the exam room for another 10 minutes without being told my appointment had ended. During this time, I overheard multiple conversations about other patients in the hallway. When I returned to the front desk to retrieve my insurance card, I was told my insurance "wouldn’t go through" and was informed that it was my responsibility to ensure the provider was in network. I explained that I have PPO insurance and that my coverage is active and used regularly. Despite this, I was told my insurance was "not valid" and that they "hoped it would work when billing got it." Overall, this visit was disorganized, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. I will not be returning.

Dr. Kyle is very caring while still being professional. She has made me feel completely comfortable every time I’ve seen her, whether I’m there for a routine check-up or for a skin problem. Her office is also run efficiently with a great staff. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Kyle is such a great doctor. She made me feel so comfortable and she explained everything she was doing. I really appreciate how she explained the follow up plan as well. It was a great experience. I highly recommend this doctor. Staff is super friendly.

Dr Kyle is great. Friendly and thorough and so happy with her. Her front office staff is NOT friendly. Not welcoming and they act like you are disturbing them. Used to be a welcoming entry into the office.

I came to him struggling with eczema that had been bothering me for a long time, and he was incredibly thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He took the time to really listen, explained my treatment options clearly, and created a plan that finally gave me relief. Not only did my skin improve, but I also felt cared for every step of the way. His staff was welcoming, the office was professional, and the overall experience gave me so much confidence in his expertise. If you’re dealing with eczema or any skin concerns, I highly recommend Dr. Pierre — he truly made a difference in my quality of life.

Dr Kyle was very thorough. She answered all my questions. And set up follow up for next year. The office staff is very welcoming and professional.
