I am so relieved to have found Dr. Putterman. I had been seeing another dermatologist locally for some time and didn’t feel they gave me the time I needed to explain my complicated skin. It wasn’t improving. I am acne prone, but also dealing with aging/wrinkles. I am so happy and relieved that Dr Putterman has been able to address my issues and I’m thrilled with the results. She really listened and throughly assessed at my skin. I feel glowy now and had been dealing with dull skin for so long. So happy and grateful to have found her!!

I've been a patient here for many years, ever since Dr. David Horowitz was here. I'm happy with the new dermatologist, Dr. Sachdev. I usually just come in for skin checks, acne, and sun spots. I came in for a free consultation with Marty and was treated very rudely. My guess is that she doesn't like doing free consultations?? I had questions about what laser treatment would be best. She acted as if I were wasting her time. Too bad because I really wanted to get my treatments here rather than going to a different dermatology office.

Brought both of my children to see Dr. Putterman and she was fantastic. It’s hard to find physicians that will take time to let children discuss their thoughts and fears, but Dr. Putterman went above and beyond to give them extra time to make them comfortable and address their issues. My daughter is deathly afraid of needles, but Dr. P was able to calm her anxiety to allow her to remove a mole without issue. I highly recommend her if your children need care.

I left my appointment with Dr. Putterman feeling dismissed and uninformed. She gave me a new chronic diagnosis but provided no explanation of what it meant or how to manage it long-term. When I asked follow-up questions, I felt rushed. I expected more transparency and basic patient education from a specialist. Patients deserve clear communication and empathy when facing chronic conditions, unfortunately, I did not experience that with Dr. Putterman.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Putterman! She has the best bedside manner; she is patient, thorough and knowledgeable. She has given me advice on ways to treat fine lines, (with and without injections) minimize scars, as well as treated my toddler for eczema and miscellaneous rashes. She’s the absolute best!

Dr Putterman is so warm, helpful and professional! She took time to answer all of my questions and really made me feel comfortable! Would highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Putterman at Coast Dermatology for a while now, and I can’t recommend her enough! She’s helped me with some melasma treatments, as well as a staph infection I had earlier this year. She truly listens and is very results-oriented, which I feel is so important—something a lot of dermatologists don’t always focus on. I even had her treat my two-year-old son for a skin rash, and she made him feel so comfortable—he was laughing and having a great time! I highly recommend Dr. Putterman for any of your dermatology needs!
