Cotton O'Neil Asbury Drive

I’m highly disappointed in Megan Bartlett. With a history of melanoma, I was simply brushed off when a mole appeared not so normal. I took a picture and sent it in to MyChart and was simply told to put lanocane on it until I could be seen. I’d been trying to get in earlier than my appointment for over three weeks. They were not concerned about me. I ended up calling KMC and got in immediately. The mole was removed there and sent into pathology, along with three additional places on my face frozen off. I would not recommend this office. I’m not sure if it’s Megan, her staff, or office procedures, but they do not put their patients’ needs first. Bad experience as an established patient.

I needed a new GP and got in to see Dr. Macintosh. As a woman, it was so great to feel listened to and not have my concerns brushed off or chalked up to weight or anxiety/stress. This is the first time I've been to the doctor's office and not had them lecture me about my weight (even though I'm not obese at all.) I'll admit i had my concerns about seeing a male doctor as a woman but it was the best check up I've ever had. The whole staff is great and made me feel comfortable. It's also a very nice facility with lots of windows and clean rooms. They also let me pay my copay right then so I didn't have to wait for it on my Mychart or in the mail.

Leslie Hanna is the worst medical professional my partner and I have ever encountered. My partner was in a major car accident years ago, and therefore suffers from back pain so terrible that she can often not move. She made an appointment with Leslie to try to get ADA paperwork approved so that she should work from home. Well, they wouldn’t. As always, they just wanted to send her to a doctor that she had already seen 6 months prior, and those doctors couldn’t find any issues. This woman does not listen to what her patients explain to her. My parter explained that her back issues are almost constant, and on top of that, has stomach issues that cause severe sickness almost every day as well. Leslie would only send paperwork requesting 4 days a MONTH for one day at a time. THIS IS NOT WHAT WAS EXPLAINED TO HER. Please, if anyone ever wants any help, stay away from this woman. We are so angry.

I have spoken with Ty over the phone multiple times and he is always so helpful and nice. Angela in the 2nd floor treatment room is always nice as well. Wonderful bedside manner whether you are just stopping in for a 2 minute check up for a medication refill or if you actually have a scheduled visit with the doctor.

Dr. Mckenzi Standard is a wonderful health professional. I had an appointment for a biopsy; Dr. Standard was empathetic and understanding to my concerns. She walked me through the procedure so I knew exactly what was going to happen and would not be scared. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Standard for anyone looking for a new Dermatologist.

I already had written a review of how impressed I was when I got to see this new place, which they told me when I arrived to register, that they completed this building in about 4 months. I attached the pictures because this place is very nice, with modern interior design and very clean. I also had the intention of letting people know that the lab and xRays including mammogram tests were moved to this new building from what they call Cotton O’Neil Urish clinic, which actually is on SW 29th St almost arriving to Urish. (Maybe that review was removed by mistake... I had earned recognition for being the 1st Google Guide to post this place and its information... in the actual street view back then, it was still as an empty land in the East corner of SW 29th and Asbury Dr in front of the Church that is in the same corner with 29th St but in the West.

Amazing staff that are emotionally intelligent. Barely have I ever had to wait. They are quick to get you in and out.
