I would give this office a zero if I could. I took my 17 year old daughter here to discuss minor acne concerns. She doesn’t have anything crazy, no underlying conditions, just looking to get advice from a source other than instagram of what we should do. After the usual check in items (blood pressure, weight check, quick medical history), we were talking with the actual doctor for MAYBE 10 minutes. They used a "code" that billed me for 45-59 minutes of the doctors time. I left my home and returned home from the appointment within an hour. I called to have the code audited and nothing was resolved. So if you want to have a $300 conversation for 10 minutes and walk away with a prescription adding up to $250/month, this is the place for you.

Great experience! Dr. Puttgen is kind and patient and always takes the time to explain until I understand. She gives time to ask questions and bring up multiple concerns, and she explains various options as well as why she thinks certain treatments might be best so I can make an informed decision about treatment. I've been to a lot of dermatologists, and she's my favorite!

My experience was impecable. They provided a very comforting environment while being super kind. I definitely recommend Doctor Puttgen and MA Julia. I was taken care of very well. Thank you guys

Her assistants have been nothing but rude and unhelpful. They talk over you and accuse you of misusing meds when the treatment isn’t working. It’s so humiliating and embarrassing for a medical assistant to speak to parents this way. Why would I take any chances with my child when it comes to medication? It seems like me fighting for better treatment irritates them. I will be finding another office. This is disgraceful and so distasteful.

Dr. Puttgen is amazing. She is welcoming and she explains everything very well. She is very calming and makes me feel comfortable.

Dr Puttgen was kind to my infant daughter at the visit. She got upset and fussy and Dr and the nurse gave her a nice free toy and some fruit candy. The bill was a little expensive for the short visit but good experience.

I always have a great experience with Dr Puttgen. She is so soft spoken and personable. Does a very thorough exam and answers all my questions. 100% recommend her.
