I needed to have my skin checked and was able to schedule an appointment using their online scheduling system on the same day! The is super easy to use, great job! Within minutes of checking in, I was called, and shortly after, Dr. Pedram Ghasri saw me. To my relief, he assured me it was nothing serious and could be treated easily. What a weight off my shoulders! Castle Derm has been our trusted go‑to dermatology clinic for years, and they continue to deliver outstanding care.

Very positive vibe from first interaction. The staff was very professional and friendly. Dr Pedram Ghasri also. He answered all my questions. His demeanor was relaxed, thorough and very comfortable. I was impressed and highly recommend recommend them.

waited 20 minutes and a nurse telling me the doctor was late to get into my appointment. While thing lasted 10 minutes for him to give an option for treatment and prescribe me. No advice no options. The staff were pleasant and the facility is nice but I wish there was more communication and better time standards

This is an update to a very poor review I left for Castle Dermatology out of emotion and frustration. I had a bad experience and documented that In my review. Consequently, Dr Ghasari did get on the phone with me and we discussed my issues and concerns. He did remedy the situation and it is very much appreciated.

I recently contacted Castle Dermatology for an ASAP appointment. They had never heard of me before, but got me in immediately. For me that shows genuine professionalism and care way beyond the call of duty. Also I heard from a patient that they are exceptionally skilled.
