From the moment i first met her, she was so friendly and explained the process, i instantly felt at ease… the place is super clean and the location is right by downtown. Plenty of parking and the building is older but super cute!

So many great things about this place! The owner is very nice and informative, when I first called to make an appointment, she was very patient and explaining the information I needed. They set a clear expectation of results and follow-up care instructions. The price is extremely reasonable. The scheduled reminders sent by their system are very helpful. And the customer service is great. Samantha is amazing!!! She’s extremely professional and very friendly and makes the experience easy and smooth. After a couple sessions I’m already noticing great results. I love everything about this place. 🙂

I’m not one to leave reviews but after 6 months of laser hair removal treatment and having incredible results with even more sessions to go, I have to! The staff here is second to none, from consultations to booking appointments and the treatments themselves. They make you feel comfortable and educate you on the entire process, ensuring no question is left unanswered which was huge for me. I also have to give a special shoutout to Samantha who always goes above and beyond in each of our sessions to make them honestly a super fun and enjoyable experience rather than just a treatment or chore I’ve experienced in the past. Highly recommend for anyone, you won’t be disappointed!

I have taken by far three treatments starting with a Brazilian and all of them have been effective and doing great. The staff including the owner are always very friendly and knowledgeable, they listen carefully and answer any of your concerns really well. They also have great deals on prices and ways of payments. I have been getting laser hair removal treatment (Brazilian) here since January 2025. I contemplated about getting laser hair removal for a very long time and I am so glad I decided to go to this spa. As someone with brown skin, I was nervous about starting (e.g., not all machines are made for our skin type). But oh I am so happy I moved forward with it! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, culturally responsive, friendly, patient, and efficient. I am usually out in less than 20 minutes and the place is always very clean. I have noticed a significant difference (especially with ingrown hairs) and I would absolutely recommend!
