I would like to sincerely thank the front desk staff at Academic Alliance in Dermatology for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication. I came to the clinic without an appointment, in significant pain, after multiple failed attempts to obtain my medication through pharmacies. Although the Office Manager was not available that day, a front desk staff member, Kaitlyn, immediately stepped in to help. She took my prescription to the clinical team and followed up promptly. To my relief, Dr. McMeekin, who had been on leave for a few weeks, happened to be in the clinic that day. Thanks to the efforts and coordination of Kaitlyn and the entire front desk team, they arranged for me to be seen the same day. After waiting, I received a new evaluation and all the prescriptions I needed. Their compassion, teamwork, and willingness to go above and beyond made a very difficult situation much easier. I am truly grateful to Kaitlyn and the front desk staff for their outstanding support and care. Highly recommended.

From the moment he brought me back to the exam room, James was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. He made sure I was comfortable and clearly explained each step of the process. What really stood out was his genuine care and positive demeanor, which made a routine appointment feel much more pleasant. He's a fantastic asset to the team, and I highly recommend him!

had a terrible experience with Stevie Dailey. I went there twice and paid a lot of money for the consultations. My English is not very good, so we communicated through my friend and then through a translator. The attitude I received felt rushed, like they just wanted to get rid of me and prescribe something quickly. Every medication they prescribed either didn't help at all or only worked for a very short time. After researching my condition myself, it became clear that their approach was wrong, and they only recommended sunscreen after the second visit, even though that should have been addressed earlier. As a result, my skin got even worse. I wasted time and money, and there was no real improvement. I absolutelv do not want to go back there again - I v looking for another specialists

I have been calling for weeks to get results from a biopsy I had there - no one ever calls me back. Zero communication. My original appointment I asked for the prices prior to service, when I finished the service the prices was double. Find a different derm - its not worth the hassle.

Volume oriented practice. Waited 35 minutes past my appointment time to get less than 5 minutes of time with the physician. So sick of medical practices that prioritize numbers over quality of care. Really does a disservice to the patient and medical field
