Absolutely shady place!!!! Waisted my time there twice and in the end I got a bill for $529. They were nice enough to discount it or so I thought and I paid $317. End of story right? Wrong! I get a bill in the mail for another $106.20. Why? I was not told that there will be another bill in the mail. I wanted to pay my full bill and it was presented to me at the clinic ($317) When I called to find out what's going on, they told me first I was not pre registered which is absolutely not true because I spoke to someone and they did pre register me. I don't know what this has to do with my bill. I guess they are trying to tell me that they were trying to inform me how much the whole thing would cost. Well you did. I did know. The problem is that when I got there, a different bill was presented to me and discount applied and I paid the final bill or so I thought! NEVER going back to this place again. The supervisor hung up on me on the phone and they were all like broken records. Do you guys not realize that you've lied to me? You told me I would have to pay $317 and that was my final bill and that I can pay it right there in the clinic and then after you send me another bill? No way!!!! Poor business practice and poor customer service!!! If you can go to another place, don't waist your time here!!!!

Dr. Huang is an amazing, knowledgable, and compassionate dermatologist. If you had to choose a good dermatologist in the bay area, I recommend Sutter and Dr. Huang

She cancelled on me with 2 weeks notice after needing to schedule with her months in advance. Very unreliable.

Dr Huang listens and is super sweet. So glad I came to her!
