The office staff were friendly and professional, eager to assist. I arrived very early yet was seen quickly. The PA, Ally Knight explained everything and did a thorough exam. Her nurse was one of the best, giving me additional information about my care. I felt like I was important!, rather than a number. I would highly recommend.

Germain Dermatology has consistently provided a welcoming and courteous experience from the very beginning. The front staff is incredibly accommodating, and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The advanced practitioner is professional, friendly, and competent. I’ve never felt rushed, and I’ve always been satisfied with the answers to my questions. Simply a refreshing experience!

Dr. Emily Kmetz is the BEST! So knowledgeable, kind & takes the time to ask about your family! I arrived early, filled out the paperwork & was called back almost immediately! Dr. Kmetz came in and I was done in 10 minutes! I walked out within 15 mins of my appt time! The whole staff was great!! Highly recommend Dr. Kmetz who is caring and super thorough!! Love my Germain experience!!

I visited Germain Dermatology on Friday and had a great experience from start to finish. The PA was wonderful—very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. I was in and out quickly, and they were able to do a small biopsy the same day, which I really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly, and the visit felt efficient without being rushed. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Been a long time patient... Always welcomed and treated with the utmost respect... All procedures are done with comforting words and Always kept me in tune with the process of the procedures. By the way...sometimes my numbing took awhile which I was always asked u ok... Would reccomend anyone looking fr a comfortable and warming dermatologist practice ...the team is outstanding.

First time having Lainey Donnell PA doing my annual checkup and what a very pleasant experience.Her bed side manner,her attention to detail,and her overall professionalism was brought to my attention by my spouse and boy was she right.
