I had a very negative experience with the front desk staff at this dermatologist's office. I booked my appointment through Zocdoc, but instead of clearly communicating their office policies, they canceled my appointment almost immediately after asking me to call them; this all happened within a minute. When I called for clarification, the secretary was condescending, defensive, and unhelpful. I always try to be patient, but this interaction was extremely disappointing.

Dr. Jasmine Yun is truly a dream of a dermatologist! I realize reviews can be skewed and inaccurate, but I'm so glad I trusted the positive ratings (especially since I currently don't have health insurance, and paid out of pocket--absolutely worth it). Dr. Yun was warm, knowledgeable, and understanding. I actually felt heard. She went above and beyond, and even provided help for an ongoing forehead skin issue that I didn't initially mention but turned out to be an easy fix. She was friendly in her approach--extremely personable--and resolved my skin woes without being imposing. To top it all off, both her and her office were so organized that I was in and out in less than 20 minutes (perfect for those of us with busy schedules). Professionals like her are the reason I moved back to California.

Dr. Jasmine Yun is knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. Her office is clean with high end equipment and very solid COVID protocols. She patiently answers all of my questions, and her warm demeanor and gentle touch make each visit very pleasant. I’m so happy that I was able to find a reliable dermatologist in the middle of the pandemic, and I look forward to my next visit with her. Thank you Dr. Yun!

Dr. Yun is the most caring and skilled dermatologist I’ve ever had. I’ve struggled with psoriasis for over 40 years, and no one else has been able to help me the way she has. She went above and beyond to ensure I received the right treatment, and she’s the only doctor who has truly resolved my condition. I can’t express enough gratitude for what she’s done for me.

Dr. Jasmine Yun is an excellent dermatologist; attentive, caring and thorough. The office is immaculate. Staff is friendly and helpful and always trying to accommodate my busy schedule. Dr. Yun and her team are my go to for dermatology care. Highly recommend!
