Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Specialists Stockton - E March Lane

I was referred two months ago. When I called to confirm if they received the referral they stated they didn’t. I had to go back and get another referral to which they then scheduled me. The date of the scheduled appointment comes up and they call me to cancel within that week of my appointment to tell me the doctor would not be in and then scheduled me back again two weeks after that. The receptionist then calls me a few minutes ago to tell me my insurance shows as inactive ONE DAY before my appointment. Need I say SHE CALLED ME ONE MINUTE (4:29) BEFORE THEIR OFFICE CLOSED. So now I can’t get my questions answered and now I have to wait EVEN longer to figure out what to do next. Please work on your receptionists having better communication with your clientele. I should not have had to be told about another cancellation one day prior to my appointment. Which I took off work for. Unprofessional.

Nice and professional but I called them after the visit, the operator hold me more than 20 minutes and finally they didn’t answer for my questions about prescribed medicine. They are just answering calls to make an appointments. They should train the operator and front desk.

Was referred by my PCP. First they hadn’t recovered referral or lost it. My PCP office ensured they sent it several times. Finally got an appointment for them to do nothing. Doctor was almost annoyed that I went in for something minor. Wasn’t going to write this review until I get a bill in the mail.

Absolutely the worst specialist doctors in Stockton. The doctors should not even be specialist doctors they have no experience and cannot figure out what’s going on with me I was referred and told to come to them but the worst experience I’ve been through

I’ve been going here for a year until my old insurance kicked me out. I’ve been seeing Dr.Dankert Samson. The best dermatologist I ever had! Very patient, approachable, educated and concern with my overall human being! Also Staff in this clinic are all wonderful! I love going here. I’ll take my mom here soon as per her request. I’m just sad that they don’t take my new insurance which is kaiser..

Why keep giving me the same treatment that I said isn’t working? Update: they gave me the same medicine and said that’s the best one they have there’s not alot of options.

Not impressed. Had to wait a month for an appt for a biopsy. When I got the results (positive) I was told I would get a call from the treatment team in 1-2 weeks which didn’t happen. I called the clinic and got an appt another week and a half away. Customer service could stand improvement. Follow up on clients that you make promises to.
