I can’t begin to articulate the amazing experience I had at this facility. The second you meet Dr Jen, she immediately makes you feel like family! It’s like I’ve known her for years! It’s not surprising that all the staff are just as warm and accommodating 😊 I had to take photos of every part of the office just because it’s so clean and beautifully decorated! The fresh orchids and crystal chandeliers set my expectations really high for the kind of treatment I was gonna get, and I definitely wasn’t disappointed! I had a hydrafacial by Yvonne, a lovely lady with the most amazing stories. It was so relaxing and my skin felt so clean and revitalised after, plus a natural glow. ☺️ I also had the red light therapy by Cary Lynn, who is so friendly (and funny) I felt like we were best friends from another life! I was also sold on Dr Jen’s specialty - natural hormone pellets. I am normally very skeptical of the claims of certain treatments especially when it comes to countering the natural signs of aging but I knew enough people who swear by it, so I was open to try. I had it done just yesterday and though I wasn’t expecting immediate results, I had the most amazing 7 hour sleep last night! No pills or oils or anything. A miracle in itself as I’ve been averaging 3-4 hours in the past years. THE BEST EVER!!! This Med Spa is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. Dr. Jen and Dr. Green are both the most amazing and wonderful individuals you'll ever meet. The authenticity and genuine care you receive is second to none. I went there to discuss hormone options and Dr. Jen explained everything to me taking as much time as I needed to feel comfortable. I was skeptical regarding this treatment but after seeing her she completely put me at ease. It wasn't just a sale. The treatment I received and the hormone pellets have been incredible. She made the process seamless not to mention I feel like she's my sister from another mother:) Her and Dr. Green truly care about your physical and mental well being. So many doctors fail on this forefront. I went on to use other services such as Smart Lypo. Again, Dr. Jen and Dr. Green went above and beyond throughout the entire process. My results are EXACTLY what I wanted. They truly have everything whatever your needs are and they produce results!!! Do NOT waste your time going anywhere else. I had an amazing experience at Ultimate Solutions. I am a new patient and immediately felt comfortable and welcomed (not to mention the office is gorgeous). Even prior to my visit, the front desk staff went above and beyond for me during the agony of switching from my old provider. As for Dr. Jen Jose & Dr. Denise, I have a great appreciation for their holistic approach to health and overall well-being. Made me feel like I had doctors looking out for me and up-to-date on the current research and methodology. I cant wait to see them again for my next appointment!

I eagerly anticipate my visits to Ultimate Solutions Med Spa. It's almost like stepping into a luxurious oasis, making you forget you're in a medical setting altogether. What truly stands out to me is the versatility of their treatments, particularly their holistic approach to addressing hormone imbalances. This isn't a place where you rush through a five-minute doctor's appointment, receive a prescription, and leave. No, they genuinely invest their time in ensuring you feel seen and heard, with all your queries addressed. Their aim is for you to leave feeling not just informed, but also hopeful about your treatment plan. I'd like to highlight that Dr. Green went above and beyond by reaching out to my other healthcare providers to gain a more comprehensive understanding of my medical history. She didn't just request medical records; she actively communicated with my other doctors. Her commitment to patient care and dedication to thoroughness are evident. It's very clear that their primary focus isn't solely on financial gain but rather on genuinely assisting their patients and diligently fulfilling their responsibilities. I've been a loyal patient for nearly six months, and my mother, aunt, stepfather, and cousin all trust Dr. Green and Dr. Jose as well. We can't help but sing their praises. They've become like family to us. And I must mention Judy, who is more than exceptional. She is so kind and warm and also goes above and beyond for patients. Dr. Green and Dr. Jose, thank you for being exceptional angels, and Yvonne, thank you for adding an extra layer of kindness to my visits and for rekindling my faith in healthcare professionals!

I just wanted to say that this was an excellent experience. Bedside manner was so pleasant. I felt very comfortable and relaxed thanks to the nice environment, and my doc was non judgemental, comprehensive, and really focused on my health in every way. Plus she was entertaining and sweet. I am already picking up my prescription after just leaving the office, which is incredible! I feel so grateful that I found this office and will continue to use them!

I would highly recommend Ultimate Solutions and Dr. Jennifer Jose! I have been a patient of Dr. Jose’s for over 10 years now. I travel from Atlanta, GA to see Dr. Jose four times a year. Being a health care provider myself, I only trust her to care for my health! From the very beginning, I was truly impressed with her beautiful office and the professional and caring staff who always greet me with a smile. My second visit, Dr. Jose reviewed her findings with my physical examination and blood work results with me. Since that initial visit my energy and over all health has improved beyond my expectations. This is why I travel to see Dr. Jose! Do not attempt to book through ZocDoc, the front desk is clearly unorganized. I tried to book an annual physical, after confirmation from the site everything was good till 530 PM day before, where I am asked to call in after they closed. Show up and not only is my appointment not available, I would have to go through 3rd party blood work prior to my appt. None of which is communicated nor instructed. Very poorly ran and suggest you either micro-manage this front desk, or find other options. Obviously will not be returning.
