What a Hidden Gem w incredible benefits at a fantastic price. Only problem is Friday Saturdays Sundays close at 7, 4 and 1. Crucial hours, super whack, but would be wrong to take more than a star off. But it's a great spot, well- maintained, and has the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna trifecta!!!

I joined HFI several days ago and today was my first day of exercise. There was no one there to give me any instruction on how to program the treadmill or the recumbent bike. I was on my own when trying any of the strength equipment as well. When I ask a physical therapist there about one machine he said he knew nothing about the gym machines and to ask a gym attendant. THERE WAS NO GYM ATTENDANT! When in leaving I mentioned this to Jonathan who eagerly sold me the monthly membership, he said there was no introductory lesson available until the end of the month. THIS IS A GYM FOR OLD PEOPLE!! How can you operate without having anyone present for help. The facility itself is quite nice, but be forewarned, you’re on your own.

Just took an aqua Zumba class with Yolanda yesterday (2/2/19) and my experience was entirely positive. I showered before entering as is my habit and I saw many others in my class entering/leaving the showers as well. The large area around the pool was clean and the only thing I could smell was a slight "pool" smell, which is natual as it has been the exact same smell of every single pool, indoor or outdoor, that I have ever seen. The salt water pool was so warm and lovely. I do tend to take a cool/cold shower before as I am usually hot from taking 5 classes prior (from 8-12) and I want to be certain the pool is much warmer than my shower. Finally, as a member, I am aware that the pool was shut down in Dec (2018) for several weeks while they were performing necessary maintenance, as they do regularly. I have enjoyed swimming, taking aqua classes in the salt water pool and the therapy pool, always followed by a relaxing and unwinding repose in the giant walk-in hot tub. Overall, my experience and that of all of my guests have been such wonderful aqua experience. As per my observations the staff/instructors/therapists are devoted to ensuring the high standards of cleanliness, safety, and enjoyment for all members. As a physician and club member, I most highly recommend the Tully Health Centre’s salt water pool, therapy pool, and hot tub, as well as the entire gym and classes.

This gym is a real hidden gem for an average Joe/Jane looking to get in shape. It has a very good ratio of machines to users. It is free of grunting behemoths dropping weights loudly. The locker rooms are clean and well kept. There is a 25M pool with three lap lanes. It is often necessary to share a lane but the availability of lanes is good. Really enjoying this gym!!

The facilities and cleanliness is awesome, and very well maintained. I will give 5 star rating. However, they rob your credit card because it was stored in file. This happened with me, as they closed the facilities due to pandemic (with out any refund for the partial month). They opened again in Aug,2021 and started charging the credit card with out any notification. When i call, they said they sent the notification by postal mail. I did call the front desk to check on the status of steam room/hot-tub... and was also told that my membership was on hold. However, when i checked my credit card on fine day, then discovered that they were charging every month. When i spoke to Ginnie(in charge of billing), i was asked to get a letter from the doctor that i was not able to exercise during the period i was charged, for any refunds. This is very unprofessional. I would assume my membership is on hold until i call them to activate. This is like stealing, just because they have the credit card on file. This ir true with most of the establishment who have the credit card on file.

Tully Gym is truly a great facility in Stamford. The trainer's are top notch, facilities are clean and modern, courteous staff and decent members, and the pool is a really nice bonus feature as well. Worth checking out!

Fantastic health center. Serene, clean, no kids! Salt water pool is like an oasis, sun shines in and lights up the whole pool, so you can pretend you’re in the Caribbean. I had a lengthy post-op rehab and I recovered 4 months early only because of this amazing amazing amazing facility. Lucky we have this place in Stamford !!!
