Dr Starling and his assistant Rachel did an outstanding job explaining and performing my MOHS procedure. They are a great team and very efficient. I was in and out in a very timely manner. They are both very personable and were a pleasure to meet.

Dr. Starling was very friendly and explained what he was doing. His assistant was helpful and gentle. It was generally a good experience. The material I received ahead of time explained the procedure well and prepared. It was not a painless experience, but in the end I was a positive one.

I'm 76 years old. This was my first Mohes surgery. Dr. Sterling is fantastic! My daughter and I almost forgot what was going on because of the fun but professional staff. I loved Rachel and Kim.

1/06/17 Dr. Starling's office had seen me on short notice due to a cancellation. The staff were friendly and the office/patient room was clean. The wait time was short; Dr. Starling met with me and gave a few recommendations and his nurse gave a follow up call a few days later. Overall a great experience at the time. ***UPDATE*** 5/23/18, I received a bill for services rendered that were not covered by insurance. One claim was covered fully. 5/24/18, Appealed two claims with Unity insurance and the appeal for coverage was denied. Service representative was friendly and looked into the situation timely. 6/4/18, I was contacted by billing for Forefront and Nicole provided me with assistance, support and a plan of action to help alleviate a few frustrations with insurance and repayment. Nicole was very nice and accommodating with the situation. I very much appreciated the time she spent with me reviewing services and providing me with an affordable repayment option.

Dr Starling and his assistants were wonderful! I was very nervous but Dr Starling explained everything he was doing and why. He also made small talk that made me feel more at ease. I would definitely recommend him and Forefront Dermatology!

Considering that I was apprehensive about the Mohs surgery, (what he would find) I found that Dr. Starling and staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. Nurse M was very good and with the exception of the first shot, (which was painful) she completed her tasks with a minimum of pain. She and Dr. were will equipped and professional.
