You should never be late to an appointment, but if you are running a few minutes (10) late to this place, they will turn you away. "We will have to reschedule you". I bet I would have been sitting in the lobby waiting if I arrived 8 minutes prior. Nah thanks.

Went in for extreme itching after showers and even worse after shaving. They told me I’m allergic to itching and said it would go away. I went in for a check up a month later and she didn’t even bring up the itching, only touched on the other reasons I was there. It’s been a year and still hasn’t gone away. I felt rushed and that I was just another checkmark so they could go to the next patient. Not personable. I do not recommend.

The doctor, Rachel Hotvet was amazing. Very thorough and spent plenty of time with me as a new patient. Highly recommend her. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because of the front desk. The whole reason I came to this appointment was to get clearance to begin taking a medication by a different doctor. I brought the form along with me, the doctor filled it out, I gave it to the front desk to fax to other clinic/doctor. Lady at the front said she would do it. I kindly asked if she could do it now and she said she was too busy, but she would do it yet today. Well, it's been over a week and my doctor never received the fax. Call Dakota Dermatology and ask and they have no clue what I'm talking about and apparently lost the form!

Dr. Sarbacher is the greatest! She is very professional, thorough, and kind. I have gone to her for 20+ years. She has found and treated many cancerous and precancerous spots for me.

On 2.7.22 I went to Dakota Dermatology for a service. Its now November of 2022 & I am JUST receiving my bill for the first time 9 months after the service. I called the day I got the bill to set up a payment plan. I paid the first portion on 11/15/22, gave them my cc information, & authorized them to make the payments. My December bill statement arrived, I called the same day & tried to make a payment. The women who answered the phone stated the system was down & to call a different day, didn't ask my name or anything. I called back the next day & no answer. Truthfully, the bill slipped my mind after this. January arrived, I never received a January statement from them (regardless if it was sent) It never made it to me. I forgot to make a call in January for my payment, and never received a call or letter from them. February arrives -- I get a statement in the mail stating I owe $182, so I called the same day that I received this statement and tried to make a payment. The women places me on hold, comes back & tells me she sent my bill to collections - 4 months after I received the bill, & while I had payments set up, & tried to contact them more than once. I asked this woman for the collections number so I could correct this right away, to which she responds "you can pay the bill with me" directly after stating it was sent to collections. I asked to speak with someone else to pay my bill. This women helps me pay my bill. I ask her to be transferred to HR, she said "We don't have HR, just two managers" - so I asked for the number & called the manager James back. When talking to James I mentioned how I asked for HR to which he stated "he was HR" although the women at the front stated they have no HR? Then James states "we didn't send your bill to collections" to which I responded "the women at the front blatantly said my bill was sent to collections?". He didn’t have sound reasons for anything that happened within his company. He then began questioning me about if I knew how credit works and tried explaining credit to me unwanted and unwarranted so I ended the phone call. I felt very manipulated, lied to, and subjected by this company.
