Spectrum Dermatology of Seattle: Paula Zook, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Zook's for many years and have always been pleased with her work. She is kind, warm, very professional and detail oriented. I never feel rushed in her office. I have never experienced her conducting unnecessary procedures. She is careful with her explanations, and I have found her to be very trustworthy. Over the years, I have experienced her office staff to also be consistently friendly, professional and well-organized. Five stars across the board!

Dumb to be the only vulvar specialist yet not accepting new patients and STILL advertising this practice.

I highly recommend Dr. Zook for anyone seeking exceptional dermatological care. Her knowledge and expertise are evident from the moment you meet her. She is thorough in her examinations, ensuring that no detail is overlooked. I trust her implicitly with my long-term skin health, knowing that I am in the best hands. Additionally, the office staff, including the aesthetics team, are incredible. Their professionalism and friendliness contribute to a positive and welcoming experience every visit. Dr. Zook's dedication and the fantastic team make this practice truly outstanding.

Recieved a referral to see Dr. Zook from my gynecologist. After nearly a year of waiting to hear back I was told by the staff that she would not see me despite my referral and persistent painful symptoms. Very disappointing.

I have followed Dr. Zook from her prior practice to Spectrum. I am more than completely satisfied with her care. She knows my dermatological needs and couples exams with care, easy conversation and a positive approach. Her staff are equally caring. I don't understand the negative reviews about staff, as I have always had a positive experience. Added bonus: free parking in the garage in her building!

EDIT: After several years, I am updating my 5-star review. Let me preface this by saying that Dr. Zook is an excellent doctor, and I was driving out of my way for the services here. However, I have decided to look for another practice due to the disorganization of this office. I called and talked with the receptionist to reschedule an appointment, noting that I preferred to meet with Dr. Zook only. We had an extensive conversation and set a date and time several weeks out to fit Dr. Zook’s schedule. I show up at said date and time and am told that I never rescheduled. Of course, Dr. Zook was fully booked that day. They did get me in quickly with another doctor, but it was not the same, and I left with a not-so-great feeling of the whole experience. —————————————————— Dr. Zook is the best dermatologist I've been treated by. She's very knowledgeable, but she also takes the time to listen to symptoms or concerns. Staff was friendly. Great view of the city from the waiting room. A good visit in my book.

Honestly, every time I have been here my experience has been wonderful and I have already recommended to several friends. Dr. Zook has been very helpful with a range of concerns I have had and is very good about discussing treatment options according to what I feel comfortable with. She is incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell she is a leader in her field. Five stars.
