Dr. Sung is wicked smart, kind, and incredibly helpful. She was thorough and took her time explaining the treatments she recommended and the reasons behind each one. I felt heard, informed, and genuinely cared for. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

I was quite happy with the services I received from Dr Sung and her team. The office was casual and easy to work with, but at the same time you could tell everyone in the room knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing to get things done right. Dr Sung herself was personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. She took time to listen to my specific concerns and then address them all one by one, rather than just giving me blanket advice as I've gotten from so many other doctors. I fully intend to return to Dr Sung the next time I have dermatological medical needs. Thanks Dr. Sung and team!

It’s a challenge to find a good provider in Seattle, especially a derm. You want someone you can trust and especially someone who isn’t "cut happy". Dr Sung is amazing! She’s honest and has great bedside manner. She also practices trauma informed care and asks her patients for consent. She also recognized skin cancer on me for which I am grateful! I couldn’t recommend her enough

So wonderful and personable !! I was dreading this appointment more than I can even describe. She gave me wonderful and realistic ideas for some of my concerns and as uncomfortable as some dermatology visits can be, she made this the most wonderful experience. I honestly cant wait to try some of the things she suggested and see her for my follow up. She made me comfortable, relaxed and calm. I will never see anyone else for my dermatology visits. She was warm and wonderful !! I wish more providers were like her

I wish I could give zero star. Sarah Sung and her team is the worst medical team I ever met. Not professional and not trustable. I don't think they have enough medical knowledge to treat patients. I have a skin tag on my arm. Sarah Sung did a completely wrong treatment to me during summer 2021. Sarah Sung did a very deep punch instead of shave biopsy which leads to a permanent damage(very big scar) on my arm. She promised to me it will get better and will keep working on it. She said she will give free laster treatments to me. However I am not seeing any improvement after 3 months. My appointment was cancelled one day before with an untrustworthy reason. They said the machine is broken. Sophal is her assistant. She is extremely unfriendly to me. I didn't know that my appointment was canceled and my time is wasted. Sophal didn't say sorry and answered my questions with a cold face and unfriendly tone. "The machine is broken and we don't know when it will be fixed." she said. I never believe that a medical machine is broken and doesn't have a plan to fix it. What makes me crazy is I was still charged for the injections on my scar. I thought it is free since scar is caused by Sarah Sung wrong treatment and she promised she would keep working on it. If it is not free, why not tell me ahead of time???? How do you know that I am willing to pay the treatment???? I have found a new dermatologist who is very professional, trustable and explains everything to me before the treatment. I know exactly what will happen for the treatment. I am planning to sue Sarah Sung's team.

I had a great experience with Dr. Sung! She is professional, sweet, and skilled - all you would want in a doctor. She lasered a hemangioma. Weeks later, it’s as if it were never there. Highly recommend her!

Sarah is the most professional and knowledgable doctor I have ever seen. She genuinely cares about her patients’ health and well-being. I highly recommend.
