I had an amazing experience at Skin Fix Studios! From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm and welcoming. My facial was incredibly relaxing and left my skin glowing and hydrated. My esthetician Taylor explained each step and customized the treatment to my skin’s needs, which I really appreciated. I also picked up a few skincare products they recommended, and my routine already feels elevated. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves!

They were great till I canceled this subscription for my fiancee. We moved to different city, 2 hours away. I canceled this did paperwork and everything. Imagine my surprise this morning and they charged me $99 dollars again. I've called my bank for the past 2 months. Reversed the charges and still this establishment is trying to take money. Now I need to get a new card or they can honor the fact I canceled. I've dropped $2,300 on some visits but average $450-700. But we've been done since August. I have phone calls to back this and truly ridiculous I can't know the balance of her account. Even though I've been funding these treatments. They said she needs to call to inquire on remaining balance. I'm pissed since August tried canceling then only at beginning of October do they say "oh you need to file cancelation paperwork" why withhold that information for 2 months. I filed that immediately once that information was divulged and still today charged $99.00 so they didn't submit the paperwork even tho I called and said I submitted so you won't charge me. And lone and behold today got charged again. So guess who's getting a call while I'm driving to work... (even though they closed right now (5:35 am right now) So I will have my fiancee call and tell them to.cancel it. Paperwork already been filed and to find out the balance and be reimbursed the funds that have been stolen. Have a nice day skin fix. We are taking our business elsewhere.

I had the absolute best experience getting Dysport with Taylor! She is truly the nicest person and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. Taylor took her time explaining everything in detail and made sure I felt confident and informed before we started. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable — I never felt rushed. On top of that, she recommended the perfect products to help with my dry skin that I am so happy I got. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their experience. I’m so happy with my results and will absolutely be coming back to see Taylor again. Highly, highly recommend her!

I’ve been a loyal client of SkinFix for almost three years, and I never imagined I would ever cancel my membership but I did, and it was entirely due to how I was treated and the complete lack of follow-up from management. After multiple negative interactions with Alyssa, where she was aggressive, dismissive, and downright unprofessional (even in front of my daughter), I reached out hoping someone in leadership would take the situation seriously. Instead, there was absolutely no response. Not a single owner or manager reached out to clarify, help, or even acknowledge my concerns. There was a missed call. But not a solid attempt. What makes it worse is seeing constant posting on social media while clients with real issues are ignored. It’s disappointing to see online presence treated as more important than the actual people who support the business. Three years of loyalty gone because of poor communication, poor management, and being spoken to disrespectfully by someone who clearly lacks the ability to communicate like a professional adult. I’m honestly floored by how badly this was handled.

It's interesting to me how thin skinned the operators of this business are. They love raving five-star reviews but negative reviews they can't be bothered with. Everything had gone great, they just decided my review and business wasn't worth their time. They couldn't be bothered. And by the way; I see your 4.9 bump from grace. Enjoy.

This place is a 10/10! I’ve lived in Scottsdale for almost 3 years and been on a search for a great med spa to get glowing, healthy, plump looking skin and after spending thousands of dollars and trying multiple places I’ve finally found THE one! I saw Jordan and she was amazing! Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and services. The diamond glow is a must here, my skin was dull, dry and congested and after just one treatment I’m feeling way more confident from it and from using the products that were recommended. I now have an actionable skin care plan and feel like any concerns I’ve had about my skin for years can finally be handled from this place.
