I had such a wonderful experience at Skin Savvy! The entire staff is truly amazing, welcoming, professional, and so attentive. From the moment you walk in, you feel cared for. Dr. Heffner is absolutely fabulous. She’s incredibly understanding, knowledgeable, and genuinely lovely to work with. What I appreciate most is that she never pushes treatments or tries to upsell anything. She listens, gives honest recommendations, and makes you feel completely comfortable in your own skin. If you’re looking for an aesthetic practice where you’re treated with kindness, respect, and real expertise, this is the place. I couldn’t recommend them more! 🩵✨

I got my first lip injection done yesterday by Kelsey and I could not be any happier! I was nervous for my first injection and she was so professional and confident that all my worries went away. We talked about what my goals were and let me tell you, she delivereddddd!! I’m so excited to see the end result. The receptionists were very nice and quick, the office was super cute and clean, and the process was great! If you are unsure of where you want to get filler, I would choose this place over and over again. 10/10 service!!

This was my first time getting a microneedling treatment and Marissa made me feel so comfortable. I’m excited to continue my treatments with her and see results! I don’t know why, but when I went to do this review, it erased my old review about Kelsey and my Botox service with her! But I just want it known that I love Kelsey too and she gives amazing service and I always feel so great and confident after my Botox treatments with her. 💖

I’ve been going to Dr. Hefner for about 15 years and she is the best! In July I started seeing Marissa for laser and diamond glow and she is amazing. I recommend Skin Savvy to anyone looking for anti-aging treatments. They really care about their clients not to mention the office is stunning!

Marissa is the best! I have had several treatments by her and love not only the calming environment and music selection, but also that my skin is left glowing! She recommended products for me to use in between which has helped my problem areas tremendously between facials.

Marissa, laser technician, is so helpful and friendly as I tried to figure out if BBL would be beneficial for my skin goals. She seems very experienced and she made me feel comfortable during my treatment. Marissa and the staff are patient and down to earth and I would definitely recommend Skin Savvy.

Anna is absolutely amazing!! I came in nervous for my first ever lip filler session to get a 1/2 syringe and she was such a kind, vibrant soul. I instantly felt at peace and the whole process was basically painless and I am loving the results so much. I will definitely be back to see here again in the future. <3
