Me and my husband have been coming for Botox, xeomin and daxxify for over 2 years. We have both seen all the providers and EVERYONE is fabulous! We have tried different products trying to find our favorite so dosage is a little bit of a guessing game at first but we love the fact they offer a satisfaction guarantee and will always make it right! I can’t say enough positive things about this office besides we are in love with the level of expertise and customer service they offer. This will be the only place we will visit for all our needs and we will continue to recommend them non stop to everyone!! And bonus the front desk girls are so helpful and always so attentive.

This place is amazing. The office is beautiful and the staff is professional and friendly. I’m so happy with my results. My Xeomin and lip filler looks amazing. Their prices are amazing.

This Medspa has my loyalty. Great monthly deals and amazing providers! Tina and Irene at the front desk are always lovely. My favorite maintenance service is the hydrofacial with Charlie or Hannah. Dr. F has the kindest soul and is not greedy! He’ll talk you out of something you don’t need, unless you really want it I guess. Carly is my favorite! She’s helped me attain my goals in a very conservative manner. I’ve gone to her multiple times for botox, fillers, and PRF. Love love LOVE her! Emalyn is spectacular for any massage! My bf and I got the lymphatic drainage massage when it was discounted and it was a great experience. Only thing I’d like to note is that you’re better off calling than booking online. Their website and vagaro profile can def use some polishing (*hint hint, if you need help, let me know! I’m a software developer)

I absolutely LOVE Scottsdale Sculpt! I drive all the way from Gilbert to get services here. Carly is wonderful and did an incredible job with my lips. I wanted a fuller pout but was a bit nervous & she educated me and eased my mind about the lip filler process. I feel so confident about my smile now. So happy! A gem that I feel everyone needs to know about is the Curewave Laser. I am in my 40s and play pickleball regularly. As an older athlete I have had injuries and pain as a result of doing the one thing I love. The Curewave is an infrared laser therapy that basically speeds up your healing process and reduces your recovery time. What should have probably kept me down for weeks was cut in half by just a few simple 10-15 min sessions. I want to be healthy and active and knowing that there is a device that can aid in any injury so quickly is really comforting. Scottsdale Sculpt has so many amazing services. The staff is friendly and the facility is top notch. I tell all my friends!

I went to the same person for over 5 years and when he passed away I was not looking forward to finding another place for my Botox. Scottsdale sculpt offers many types to choose from, monthly specials and their prices are really affordable. I drive from downtown Phoenix to see them and they will be my go to from now on and that is saying a lot since I hate to drive. I also got my lips done here as well and they look perfect. No swelling or bruising either! The staff is so nice and accommodating as well.

Wow, did we have a horrible experience! I set 2 appts for my wife and I for Botox injections. They took my wife back and said I could be with her to watch. They loaded her up with lidocaine on her face for her "micro needling" session. I said we have 2 Botox appointments. They only had my wife on the schedule even though I made the appointments and they had her down for the WRONG procedure... no confirmation of why we were there before starting. After they realized their mistakes I pointed out, they took her back to scrub off the lidocaine... my wife came out drenched from only having paper towels to clean up with...Needless to say we left before anything else could have been done wrong.... in our opinion stay far away from this establishment...
