I cannot say enough good things about my experience so far. Everyone from the people answering the phone to who did my procedure has been a class act. No one is in a rush. Dr. Parsons exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was initially nervous about having cosmetic work done, but from start to finish the experience was reassuring. The front desk staff, nurses, and Dr. Parsons himself were supportive, professional, and attentive throughout the process. The follow-up care has been excellent as well, which has given me complete confidence in my choice.

I went to Dr. Shaun Center for Botox and saw Nancy—she is amazing, and I highly recommend her! I’ve been living in AZ for two years and had tried two other injectors, but always had issues with how the Botox settled. One time my right eyelid dropped, and another time the injections didn’t make any difference at all. I’m very sensitive to Botox, so I was nervous. From the start, Nancy put me at ease. I first came in for a consultation where she took the time to really listen to my concerns, and then we scheduled my appointment. When I came back, she reviewed her notes, went over everything with me again, and listened carefully as I explained what happened with past injections. She even looked through photos I brought and adjusted the placement of the injections specifically to my needs. Nancy was thoughtful, patient, and so skilled—she even reduced the number of units I needed, which saved me money. The front desk staff was also incredibly welcoming and made me feel cared for. Most importantly, I absolutely LOVE my results! I finally found someone I trust, and I couldn’t be happier.
