THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND WILL END UP COSTING YOU MONEY AND TIME. I originally had an appointment for myself and my daughter scheduled for July. That was rescheduled by the practice because the esthetician was experiencing pregnancy complications (at least that is what I was told). I rescheduled our appointments to 2 months later. When that appointment approached, I needed to reschedule (this time because of my own complications). I couldn't reschedule for another almost 2 months. I made sure we were both together again for our appointments. This was important because I work during the day and had to take off of work, pay someone to cover my shift and take my daughter out of school early. When I arrived, the receptionist said we were not all together. My daughter's appointment had been scheduled for another day entirely. AND, the esthetician was booked and could not see us both. The receptionist did not seem contrite at all about the miscalendaring, actually she seemed annoyed at ME. No apologies. I left and will not be back. I am also taking 2 patients (so 3 total patients) to another practice.

Dr. John Ebner is a fine surgeon. He is kind, courteous, very knowledgeable and every time he completes his surgery he is amazing and meticulous!! Thank you for all your caring and humor! 😂 You make the world a better place!! mary

DO NOT RECOMMEND. After driving 20+ miles from South Phoenix for my initial visit to see John Ebner (who was recommended by family) I proceeded to the front desk where the representative asked for my name & DOB and then thanked me for pre-registering on their website. But when I gave her my ID & insurance card, she asked if I was self-pay as they don't accept my insurance, AHCCCS. I told her that can't be correct as their website showed they accept it and I had provided my insurance information when I registered on the website INCLUDING a photo of my insurance card. And further, I had received an email asking me to confirm that insurance which I did. So again I told her she must be mistaken! But she said she was not mistaken and they do not accept my insurance. If I wanted to see the doctor it would have to be on a self-pay basis. She made some excuse about them having accepted Medicaid in the past but they stopped "when we went corporate". Infuriated but realizing it was pointless to try and have Dr Ebner honor his commitment to accept my insurance, I left. And I won't be back as since he apparently can't manage to be accurate in his statements about which insurance he accepts, I certainly would never trust him with my healthcare. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Did you grow up using tanning oil? Go get your skin checked once a year with Karla. The office staff is friendly and efficient and you will be in and out in under 30 minutes! I also make appointments once a year for my kids to get checked. 14 year old had a spot removed already.

I went to this Dermatologist to get a second opinion. The dermatologist was super nice and helpful, but their staff could use some better customer service. I cannot explain the anxiety I was having being in their front lobby. I was a new patient and I printed out the paperwork that they needed. I had just a few signatures left and figured I could do that when I arrived. I got there 5 minutes before my appointment, enough time to sign my papers, but there was someone in front of me checking in. I got to the check in right at my appointment time and explained to the receptionist that I just have a couple signatures left and she told me I was supposed to have that done and since it is not done yet she will have to see if the doctor will even see me anymore. I was super excited for this appointment and even took time off from work to go and print out the documents for them just for her to say the doctor might not see me now. I go take a seat, finishing the paperwork as fast as I can, while my hands are shaking, and I am hoping the doctor will still take me. The receptionist comes out and lets me know she spoke to the doctor, and she said she would still see me, but I will be behind somebody else now. A couple of weeks go by, they call me for my results. I decided to go somewhere else because I could not deal with their staff. As I am making an appointment for another doctor, I need my records from the previous dermatologist. Attempting to get my records was such a hassle - like everything else with them and I wasn’t even able to get my records, the doctor I went to requested them for me. If you want to go somewhere where they genuinely care about you and your health, I would avoid this place.

Excellent medical care. Lackluster customer experience. As a working person, it’s almost impossible to talk to them because they open at 8:30, close at 4:30, and are closed for an hour and a half at lunch. They left a message asking me to reschedule, then sent me a message asking me to confirm. I have no idea if I have an appointment or not.

Dr G was great when he was there, but No one told me he was no longer there. I had to see them as a new patient and had a concern about a mole growing on my face where my glasses touch my cheek. and a giant nevus they used to check yearly for cancer as it is in my temporal region. they didn't even actually look at either. The new doc basically from about 8 ft away from me said I just needed to squeeze the mole . what a quack! And didn't give any concern to the nevus at all. I need to find a new dermatologist.
