Hands down one of the best doctor’s offices I have been to. Coming into the office I was greeted by a friendly reception team. It was great to have that welcome walking in the door you don’t always get that at other offices. The nurse that assisted was nice and the PA very thorough. I appreciate the visit and I have told many friends and family if they are looking for a great dermatologist, Dermatology Associates is it! Thank you team!

Dr. Collins is an outstanding Dermatologist who genuinely cares for his patients. I have known him for about 25 years! He is thorough, compassionate, and takes the time to talk with you and explain so that you can understand. He patiently answers questions and does not hurry you. A true professional, I highly recommend Dr. Collin’s for anyone needing a dermatologist. Appointments generally run on time and the entire staff is very helpful and friendly.

It took me a while to decide to write this review but I’m doing it so hopefully the receptionist there changes how she treats other people. Unfortunately I’ve been through my share of different Drs because of a certain health condition. In all the different offices I’ve been to I’ve never been treated as badly as I have from this office by one specific girl in the reception area. I have no issue with the Dr I got to see. Dr. Reeves was amazing and kind and everyone else I saw except Theresa. I recently went in to try and see Dr Reeves and I was treated so badly by Theresa regarding an insurance referral. left without seeing the Dr. I just needed it explained to me in a nice way but instead, Theresa treated me like I was supposed to know it while rolling her eyes at me several times with a bad attitude. It’s already difficult going through a health crisis without someone treating you bad to make you feel so much worse. If anything I hope she changes the way she treats others and kindly explains things instead of treating people like their idiots for not knowing.

As usual my visit was outstanding. All treatment was very professional with my welfare #1 objective. I have full confidence in DR. James and his staff. My comfort during the procedure was their biggest concern. Christi and the crew in Richmond Hill do a great job during my checkups and I will continue with this practice. Thanks DR. James and crew.

The reception staff needs to be more considerate. This morning, I received an email stating that I had to call to make an appointment. As a non-native English speaker, pronouncing medication names is difficult, and naturally, my explanation of symptoms may not sound as fluent as a native speaker's. However, the receptionist sighed in frustration after hearing my symptoms, as if she was annoyed by the conversation, and placed me on hold, only to hang up the phone. I never received a call back. I’m now questioning how this dermatology clinic has a 4.7-star rating. Had I known that the reception, which is the first point of contact for new patients, would be so discriminatory and unaccommodating towards non-native English speakers, I would never have contacted this clinic in the first place.

From first contact, this was a great experience. It was easy to make an appointment within 2 weeks time. There was less than 10 minutes wait time. The staff were caring and friendly. The office is immaculate and pleasing. Dr. Collins was friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. I'll be using this office from now on. It was such a pleasure!
