I don’t say this lightly when I say Ulrika is the BEST at what she does. She will happily explain to you what’s going on with your skin, the steps she’s taking in the facial, and how to move forward. Too many times you see someone that hates there job but Ulrika loves what she does and it shows. I went for my facial with damaged skin - hyperpigmentation from scarring and postpartum hormones, breakouts, and dullness. Everything I thought was going on wasn’t the case, also what I was doing in my skincare routine was totally off. Ulrika takes the time to EDUCATE you about your skin in a simple way, which is great because I find skincare information to usually be overwhelming. The following days and weeks my skin was glowing in a way I haven’t seen in years, and I’ve battled difficult skin most of my life. A sense of relief hit me that I may actually be able to have healthy skin. It is a work in progress so I already have my next session scheduled. Also, if you’re not sure you want to buy the products, well I was skeptical about spending even more money BUT they are absolutely amazing and feel so good and calming on my face. Everything is an investment, so if you buy cheap products then that’s the outcome your going to get, but if you put a little aside and invest then the outcome will follow.

Ulrika was AMAZING. I had my eyebrows tinted, waxed and shaped (for the first time). She was incredibly gentle and did an amazing job. The entire experience was so very pleasant! Highly recommend.
