I’ve been Jen’s (Jennifer Dahan) client for months. I have 12 months membership. She is amazing. Knowledgeable, creates highly personalized treatment, puts extra effort and care in everything she does. While it’s a lot about Jen, I overall enjoy SkinLab. They always do their best to accommodate service/time available requests and go above and beyond to find a suitable option.

I had a Deluxe Hydrafacial with Jennifer Dahan last week and my skin is STILL bright and plumped 7 days after. I'm amazed by the results. I really enjoyed my time at Skinlab, the place is cute, the staff is super friendly, and Jennifer is very sweet, gentle and bubbly. Cherry on top: she speaks French! If you got time, I highly recommend you ask to use the SkinScope LED ; it's complimentary and the results will help the staff choose the best products for your skin's needs.

I’ve had a couple of great experiences at SkinLab in the past, but after today, my overall impression has dropped. When I booked my consultation a week ago, I specifically asked for the latest available time since I’d be coming from work. They scheduled me for 5:45 PM. I remember being shocked they offered such a late time and accepted. However, at 5:35, I received a call from the front desk asking when I’d be arriving. I let her know I was running about 5 minutes late to my appointment time due to traffic. Her response was off-putting — she seemed irritated and told me it was "my lucky day" because they were still planning to accommodate me. Eight minutes later, she called again to check my status, which added unnecessary stress to an already tight schedule. I told her I was doing my best to get there driving safely as she continued to call me. While the treatment provider herself was pleasant and knowledgeable, the front desk interaction felt unprofessional and left me questioning the overall quality of SkinLab. I wish that instead of being rude to me, she could have just asked to reschedule, which I would have been happy to do. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

My daughter face always looks refreshing & glowing, I asked her where/who does her facial and she told me she goes to SkinCeuticals, which I’ve never heard of. She booked my 1st deluxe hydrafacial appointment and I was blown away. My experience and treatment was amazing! Dani was my esthetician she was amazing she made me feel really comfortable by explaining everything to me through the entire process including recommended products to use at home. I am a customer for life!

Jen is amazing! I’ve been coming to her for months and she always take the time to evaluate my skin prior to doing a treatment. I wanted to invest in medical grade skincare and I found just the place to do so. She tailors each treatment to me rather than just going by the book or what is "recommended." She doesn’t try to oversell you on products or treatments and truly looks out for what is best for your skin. I couldn’t recommend Jen enough and can’t wait to keep coming to her for my skin treatments!!

I’ve been coming to skinlab and seeing Jasman for over a year now. I was a Botox novice and she made me feel very comfortable. She helps with very natural results which is what I was looking for. I’ve always wanted to try microneedling as well and she does an amazing job. Done my 3rd session and my skin has never looked better. I know I can trust Jasman with my skin.
