Liz at Santa Ana provided the best service for a hydra facial. My skin felt so clean, glowy and less red. I also loved the hand massage she gave me while my face was under the red light. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Liz!

Santa Ana Skin Care Clinic is the best medical spa in Santa Fe! They are so professional, highly educated and extremely experienced. Elizabeth is the master laser queen and facial specialist. I’ve been doing Broad Band Light treatments with her and my skin is glowing! She makes me feel so comfortable and answers any questions I have (which are a lot). I also get my Botox done with Kelly. I don’t know how it’s possible to make a needle not be painful, but that’s what she does. She has the lightest, most gentle touch and is an expert with placement. You have to go to Santa Ana Skin Care for any and all of your skin care needs! They are the absolute best of the best!

Love love love this place! As far as Med-Spa's go this has been my go to for the last couple years now. The facility is very cute and clean. The staff are always very friendly and professional. I have a very busy work schedule but they have always gone above and beyond to work with me and get me on the schedule. I have very sensitive skin and would HIGHLY recommend going with Liz for any treatments, I've not ever had any pain or discomfort and she has always communicated very clearly what she was doing and what I could expect as far as results.

The last treatment I received here left me with discomfort, some pain and completely dissatisfied. The doctor who administered the procedure injected the substance unevenly and used too much in certain places. As a result I was left with large bumps and lumps under my skin that didn’t dissipate for three months and only then, after she had removed some of the substance using a needle. I went back twice to have her remove some of the substance because it was not evening out as she had said it would. Without warning me that it would be painful, she injected me several times and it was quite painful. When I told the manager I was extremely dissatisfied and wanted some kind of refund or compensation for my terrible experience and discomfort the last three months she said she would check with the owners and let me know. I had to call her after a week of not hearing back, and she said they decided if I was willing to see their new nurse practitioner they would give me a discount on some other procedure/s I chose going forward. I made an appointment with the nurse practitioner and discussed several options. I then told the manager about those options and she said she would get back to me. Again, I did not hear from her after 10 days, so I called her. She told me the owners had decided they were not going forward with any procedures with me. They had decided not to service me as a client. I had a horrible experience with a product they said would improve my appearance, however, for almost 4 months, I experienced new bumps and lumps that were a result of their procedure. I was left with disappointment and discomfort with no relief other than the painful injections to take out the product I had paid almost $700 for. I can only say these people do not stand behind their products or their service. And they don’t back up their agreement to satisfy their the customer. My earlier experiences at this med spa were decent to good. It seems though when something doesn’t work they are unwilling to admit it and compensate for the customers time, money, and well-being. The owners in the long run don’t stand behind their word.

I had a broud band light laser treatment with Liz yesterday. Prior to that she removed my 'peachfuzz' yeilding optimum results. An outstanding experience. Highest regards for the entire staff. I will be back.

Clean, beautiful clinic with just about everything to address all skin and body needs. Dr. Maali is absolutely amazing! I have had 2 visits with her and she listens to me but most importantly, she made suggestions that worked out far better then what I initially wanted. She is professional, talented and top notch all around. Everyone there is highly skilled and go above and beyond to meet my needs. A++ service.
